- As the game sits now most of the time you can only fit 1 to 4 plants in a single dirt tile making it just a waste of space and camp budget having to use extra dirt tiles. or just having plants laying all over the ground taking up space to place other camp items, But today I will show you how to max out the dirt tile getting around 15 plants in a single dirt tile.
The year is 2023 but you are living in 2060. This def a big brain move. Now my dreams of having a live in Greenhouse can come true
lol thanks
Thought it was 2102?
It was so much easier when we could just plant them close together 😢. Thank you for the excellent tutorial!
It's a shame that Bethesda has forced players to search for such tricks in order to use up the space that's clearly available. Thanks for sharing!
It's even worse that plantable food takes up so much camp budget.
Wow thank you for this. I’ve always struggled with placement, especially so with gourd. 🙏🏼
you are very welcome I figured it was time to share the knowledge
Same here, the gourd is the name of my dirt tiles' existence!
Great tutorial! Thank you for sharing this with the building community. This is definitely going to come in handy.
Building community? You mean Fallout community right? Lol
you're a genius, thank you bro, im glad i clicked on this video. there's so many f76 videos to watch and choose from, but this one was quick and informative.
Nice. I’ve seen people with packed plants and never knew how so this popping up for reccomended videos was pretty great
this is AMAZING! I hate how I could only fit like 2 gourds on a single tile, u are a LEGEND, ty!!!
Oh man thank you for this video! I could get like 3 gourds per tile before
after watching this i rework my camp glasshouse and its works like a magic, Thank you for sharing this tutorial,
Very new to 76 - 3 months - and this has been a major frustration of mine. I unlocked the dirt tiles before ANYTHING else, and i have hated how they work! Now, i love them. Great work
same as you and it made me frustated like how can u just plant 1 melon in 1 dirt tiles, it doesnt make sense
Would have never guessed using blueprints like this for space management. Thanks for the tip!
It's so fascinating what you can do with blueprints...
Thanks!!
I tested this today (Jan 21 2024) and it still works, if it's not working for you try rotating the plants until it lights up and make micro movements hitting place until it goes down, I found only one crop in the blueprint will work for some reason but rotating and micro moves have always worked. I haven't had enough crops to test with MutFruit but everything else has worked so far.
Awesome Tutorial btw, thank you!
Seriously, I love having a big farm. This just compacted my whole greenhouse. Thank you!!!
This is amazing! Great video and thanks for sharing the knowledge bud. Will have to give this a shot.
Thanks, I really love using this in my camps its way better than having everything scattered on the ground and letting enemies destroy them all the time
@@midevilmayhem8334 This comes at a perfect time of me thinking of doing a new camp build. Yeah enemies destroying stuff and being scattered is absolutely insane. If it is ok with you I would def. like to make a video about this but leave a link to your stuff and give credit to you for the idea.
@@Fargassier no problem i would appreciate it
Awesome tutorial, definitely gonna be using this in the future! Thank you!!
Wow! I've got to clean up my buffs farm tomorrow. Take my subscription.
Thank you very much
This guy has 1000 IQ! Thanks for the info , cheers 🍻
this is incredible thank you for the simple tutorial
Ultimate big brain move 🧠👍
I need some of these, just because my backyard is kind of rugged and when I try to plant crops, it tells me they are "floating". I don't need a huge farm, just enough for a modest production of adhesive.
Sadly, by the time I can acquire the plan, I don't think that will even really matter.
awesome, i have a corn blueprint from when you could place them side by side, now i will have a nice compact farm thanks
I really appreciate this video that you made for the fallout community. Im currently having issues with the mutfruit tree not squishing together like you have it in your video. Is there any advice you can give me? much appreciated.
Thank you so much for this! Makes for a huge improvement 😊
I've been driving myself nuts trying to figure this out. Well worth the sub and like, thanks!
Space is not the problem. CAMP Budget is.
Yea the foods use up lots of budget is was talking about when you place them on the ground you have to space them so far apart that if you use a lot of them they can take up a lot of building room
Wow I need to reorganize my green houses right now thx for tip
oh i thank you for this. my greenhouse will be much more organized and neat ❤
Thanks for sharing. I’m going to try and play around with this….see how many plants I can get into my garden.
I’ve also found that with corn, tato and carrots, if you place them in a row, you can just blueprint the row of plants without the foundation and you can place them with a little more freedom.
Thank you!
Dude, I've been to your camp. Neat!
Awesome idea and video, ty for this. This always frustrated me!
Dude, this is brilliant, ty so much ♥
Still works as of 3/27/2024
Post season 16 patch.
Absolutely Excellent Thnx Sooo Much
Thanks man
I'm getting "radius overlaps with that of an existing object" when I try this with melons and gourds :(
man I always wondered how they did that, n I could only get like 5 on 1 tile.. thank you
There is a much better and faster way: press e on the plant and quickly double press Tab and u can stack plants on top of each other
Great video. You know any tricks to get plants into atomic shop planters?
A+
Does anyone know how to get the soil plan to cultivate?
Bruh how your brain so big.
Mine exploded
Can you plant any of the trees?
Not sure why but I’ve noticed the half tiles for the second story seem to let them fit nicely
i have not even tried the half tiles plots might look into it
This is BS tell Bethesda to let us plant the crop we need, the way we need like we used to be before the "fix"
Great video btw
Amazing. Wow
How because every time I plant nothing can be placed close together that was patched a long time ago
it still works that camp in the video was just built maybe a month ago
👏🏼👏🏼 👏🏼👏🏼 👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼
Awesooome!
Yooo where could I get plans for the dirt tiles? Can't seem to find them
foundation for gold bullion
@@midevilmayhem8334 is Samuel supposed to have them? He currently doesn't
@@SafelandingRecords yes at samuel i just double check you must not have high enough rep with them
@@midevilmayhem8334 ahhh ok, didn't know that! Thanks
Blueprint is a single, compound word. Dictionaries can also be found on the internet, which this video was found. Or, you can see the arrow you placed at 3 min 6 secs. lol
I never said I was smart lol
Still annoyed we cant put trees in dirt tiles
I haven't played in a while but maybe try to flame-throw the tree place the dirt tile where the broken tree is, and then repair the tree. I don't know if it will work but its worth s try
👍
Seems like everyone is getting this to work but i can't do it with any of the crops has this been patched maybe?
it still works either you were maybe standing too close when you tried to place them or you need to spin the blueprint around but I can't say for sure without knowing where in the process you are having trouble
@@midevilmayhem8334 hey thanks for replying, i was using the free cam, i placed the 3 dirt tiles, i placed the first gourd as close as possible to the edge of the first tile and did the same on the second tile, blueprinted them, and then tried to place the blueprinted plants, and it's not letting me. I also tried with other plants and on the regular dirt ground and it's not working for me
@@stevo2255 ok it sounds like you did not spin the blueprint around to where the plant that's was in the second dirt tile is the one being placed in the first dirt tile
@@midevilmayhem8334 oh ok i'll try again later and let you know, thanks
@@stevo2255 no problem
It keeps saying its floating wth
If Bethesda 'meant' dirt tiles to be used properly they would just turn off collisions on plants. This is a hack to get around what the developers created.
This is fantastic!
Damn what a G. Good stuff.
🤟🏻😎👌🏻💯‼️🤩🤯🤩
wouldn't it be cool if you didn't have to glitch the game to do this
it's not a glitch it uses a mechanic the devs put in the game similar to the double-sided walls
@@midevilmayhem8334 well its a shit mechanic it should be more streamedlined i don't understand what you did im too dumb
no your not dumb using blueprints can seem tricky until you use them enough and get the hang of them
.😊.😊.😊.
That FOV is nauseating
Why you need so much vegetables
To make different dishes which gives different buffs I think
Funny, how long did this bs take? couple years obviously....sad it took you this long to figure this out.
If you're not going to do a voice over then leave the damn writing on screen long enough to actually read it!
You do know you’re allowed to pause videos right?
But then you’d cry about how the video was too long😂😂😂
Could you do this with the half sized ones or the quarter sizes pieces ?
Thank you!
