This is now standard issue in the Danish Army. The Tropen and Defence 4 sleeping bags are issued together with the Explorer Two Plus bivi and a danish produced tarp. It's amazing. I have no idea the cost of this, but it's quality stuf!

Very nice! It'd be even nicer if they sold this gear in the US. I can't find an online vendor. For a guy my height (1,95m ~ 6'5"), finding a very good SS that fits me is not easy.
Great video... not. Why are they harboured up IN THE OPEN?? Anyone could see them from across that valley. Why have a sentry so close to the group? You'd just have to pump some 7.62mm into the general area and you could guarantee hitting one if not all of them!
What packs are they wearing in this video? The reason why I ask is because I'm 6'4", most of my height is in my torso length, & the load adjustment straps up above the shoulder are nice & properly placed for load balancing versus what I have encountered with the USMC ILBE main pack system by Arc'teryx. With the USMC ILBE Arc'teryx main pack system I have found that the load adjustment straps up around the shoulder get bunched up because they are lower placed instead of higher as in this video.
I want every piece of equipment in this video.

I've done several backpacking trips with my Pathfinder and it holds up nicely. 40- 60lbs. It's a well made and solid design, but heavy.
