I juste received mine today, and can't connect to bluetooth with my iPhone 13. The app searches and nothing happens. Very disapointed too. What should I do ?

Get the proper app version for your Optimus, Elite or Flagship.

Also go to permissions and give the app permissions on everything that was my issue

My brand new optimus won't connect to Bluetooth no matter what I do. No phone works. Need to send it back. Very disappointed.

@@frederic-bewihappy-zone6592 make sure you have the correct application. There are separate apps for the Elite and the Flagship versions.

@@frederic-bewihappy-zone6592 I do not think any of the preprogrammed moves you can download work for the Elite. Let me know.
