What a great video. Tricia, you are one determined lady tackling those steep climbs and explaining the history so impressive! The chicken looked mmmmmmm yum🙂
Hi Ruth, thanks for your lovely comments Mike didn't show on the vlog all the stops I had🤣. Yeah Keira approved of the chicken. So glad you enjoyed the vlog.😀
I was drooling over the goodies you purchased from the market then over the amazing views. Tricia please treat youself to some good quality walking poles. It will make all the difference. I'm now 4 days post op and longing to be able to climb in your footsteps but I'll have to do it vicariously through you 3 for the time being. Happy travels x
Hi Jane, the goodies from the market were very tasty. I have got walking poles maybe I should use them more. Glad you are enjoying the videos happy to have you climb along with us.😀
@@MikeandTriciaOotnAboot thank you. I'd be in foodie heaven going around one of those markets. The older and mankier looking the cheese the better. Oh! And a crusty loaf with blobs of local butter 🥳🥳 Yes! now!, being a bit bossy here Tricia but you really should be using those walking poles. They take pressure off the hip and also are great, when descending ancient stone steps, for balance. Not sure how to do all that with cameras and Keira. 🙈
You'd think all that haul from the market would last longer, but market hauls like that at just too good to put down! The climbing was well worth the views and the fascinating history.
Hi, the guy on the cheese stall said the cheese wrapped would last 2 months in the fridge it lasted a week😂. The village was fabulous with great history.
Hi Mike and Tricia, what a fabulous time you’re having. The aerial views once again Mike are fantastic, truly wonderful to see the town from such a great perspective. I have to say that’s the biggest piece of cheese I’ve seen, being a lover of the stuff I would have got through that very quickly, love those French markets. Another great video and look forward to the next one. Bon journee.
Hi Ken, we are having a wonderful time. So glad you liked the aerial shots we do like to see a bird eye view. It was a huge wedge of cheese that lasted us a week🤣 Thanks for watching us😀
Fantastic haul from the market, my mouth is watering..I could almost smell that chicken 😋.. Tricia did so well on all those steps.. see you next week x

Hello You Three - greetings from Poland In my opinion. one of your best videos from France so far. A beautiful medieval village. That climb up through those passgaes was very exciting. What a view from the top by the church. The climb up to tower looked strenuous and again, superb views from the top. For me the market was the winner this week. Your purchases were lovely. I hope the cheese, sausage, chicken, bread sundried tomatoes and olive paste were all as delicious as they looked.
Hi Michael, the village was certainly beautiful and interesting. We really enjoyed walking through the old passages was like stepping back in time. The market was a winner for us so many delicious goodies bought. When we bought the cheese the stallholder said it could last 2 months in the fridge it lasted a week😂
Who doesn't love a French market especially with all those goodies and wasn't Kiera good it must've been a huge temptation for her? Thank you for taking us on the tour of the medieval village there was so much to see!
Hi Timmy, the French markets are so interesting with such a variety of fresh produce. So glad you enjoyed the tour of the village it was very historic.
B roll, huh? Cute. Kiera was SO interested in cheese and chicken, and she did all her best cutes to convince you to share! I'm sure you did. Lovely village, French markets can't be beat! Thanks for the vid!

Would love to try those sun dried tomatoes, olives and cheese on delicious French crusty bread 😋 That church on the hill looked amazing, well worth the trek up. Thanks for sharing 🙂

Hi you two, the cheese lasted a week😂😂. French markets are the best so much variety of produce. The medieval part of the village was really interesting.
The bread, cheese and sun dried tomato paste looked fantastic. I agree with another subscriber, Tricia, get yourself some walking poles, I couldn't manage without mine, albeit I only use one, when holding the dog lead too. I hold it in the opposite hand to the dodgy leg/hip, as recommended by sports physios, enjoying your video of the French trip very much, thank you 😀🚐❤️
Great market haul, sorry I inadvertently pressed the double time button so we saw quite a bit of your vlog in double time, very amusing until I realised it wasn’t a vlog edit but my stupidity, sorry but a great giggle. Loved your market haul and very impressed with your climbs. Looking forward to your next stop.
Lovely boule de campagne with a tangy yeasty taste. We've always had one of those fruit baskets, which you only seem to find in French markets. Never seen them in the shops here. Saucisses - definitely not the same as our bangers. Saucisse de Toulose is excellent. My French MIL was from that region.
