Love your tutorials. You've helped me learn how to play one of my favorite songs "Give me love" (the first song I could play from start to finish) and many many others. I appreciate how methodical, detailed, factual, precise and as close as it can get to the original performance your tutorials are (you know? :) ). Not sure if its in your style but I would love to see a tutorial for Mr big - Wild World. I find it much more dynamic, with beautiful fills and different cords than Cat Steven's version. The best I could find was a "play through" witch is a bit advanced for me at the moment..

On these tutorials there are always people who ask about the strumming pattern, as if it's a fixed thing. How you strum any song is up to you - only the chords need to be more fixed - you might want an aggressive feel or a really laid-back one, or more likely to change the feel at different points in the song. For this song, I'd suggest a bit of finger-picking for the intro and maybe other relaxed bits, then play each chord fully and leave it to ring during the verses, and a firmer down-up-down strum for the choruses. Outro with finger picking again. If you're worried about finger picking, don't be - just pluck the strings individually whilst holding the chord. They'll sound right whatever order you pick em in. Looking at this tutorial, I'd say there's no need for the player to be changing from the G shape to full C, Em and D chords - you can get a lovely-sounding chord progression by moving only your index and middle fingers to those chords whilst holding the ring finger and pinkie on the 3rd fret. If you've learnt Wonderwall then you'll be familiar with that idea.

If you are finding the pre chorus to be hard you can just play as in the bridge with am7 and em7 plus then D and youll be fine :D
