Don't. Want Christmas to be over.....always felt this way since little girl.......i suppose others feel the same.....such a beautiful season............ok how fun. Watching Teresa do winter decor.....yes...☕☕🎄
Teresa, I enjoyed your video. Merry Christmas & Happy Year! I look forward to seeing you in 2022 and many more of your creative beautiful projects! We can certainly look forward to a new year knowing God, our Heavenly Father goes before us and prepares the way for us. Love in Jesus
I just printed some old family black and white photos of us in the snow (did not want to use original but the gal I saw do this found some at the thrift store) then I embroidered snowflakes and evergreen branches on them. They look fantastic
Congratulations on prosperous year. I found you in collab, I don't recall which one but I'm so glad. I am a Alabama born, grew up in Columbus Georgia, moved to East Tennessee 20 yrs ago. You definitely have that adorable southern accent. Thank you and keep the DIY's coming.
Teresa so funny I was doing the same thing today. Well Christmas is over and I already took my tree and decor down. I wanted a clean fresh start for my winter decore and I went out and refreshed my greenery and Hollie, pine cones and orange slices and displayed it around the house and it's just a natural way to decorate. I love it! I also left my white ferry light around and its just so cozy.
Just wanted to add a huge thank you for sharing all of these projects. It is awesome to find someone who really enjoys similar taste/styles. Love all the neutral decor, EVERYTHING is beautiful ❤️...Thank you for all the inspiration 🥰
I never imagined that Easy Off would work so well! Thank you for sharing this info. It will come in handy. By the way, you have such lovely, graceful hands.
Thank you so much for sharing this idea, anyone who has ever stripped intricate pieces like this know how time consuming and VERY hard it is to get into all the details. I say it was a GREAT success!
Thank you for sharing your wonderful projects. It is boxing day and already the thoughts are creeping in, oh no what do I decorate with now. This is our second winter of not going south, so it's new to me. Last year I think I was in shock, lol. So here are some new ideas for this year.
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND BLESSED HOLIDAYS to you too Teresa. As always, great ideas! I did a whole bunch of cinnamon dough with different shapes, cookie cutters, buttons, forks, burlap print. Added cinnamon sticks and dried orange, lime and grapefruit slices in various combinations, ribbons & wreath forms... years ago!! This inspired me to do that again ... They look and small wonderful, are easy and last for years! The "dough" is so easy. 1 cup of applesauce + 1 cup powdered cinnamon in a large ziploc bag. Knead and mix till it rolls out like a dough - it will be a bit sticky which is better than too dry; and if you want to dust a bit more cinnamon on your parchment paper or counter you can. Too dry and it WILL crack. Dry slowly, a few hours in a 150° oven or in a dry place where they won't be disturbed a couple days to be good and dry. If you have high humidity, you need to use the oven! I found a tin with a bunch of "buttons" I'd made to make decorations with YEARS AGO and they still smelled gorgeous!! Kids love squishing the ziploc. Don't let them eat it. It's GROSS! 😝 😝 😝
Hi Teresa Each of your works are so beautiful and I can tell made with love! You are one of the most knowledgeable crafters, that I rely on for answers My favorite creation of yours is the coffee filter wreath It looks so rich When I saw it at the beginning of your video, I thought it was made from beautiful “ brushed-out “ , expensive, yarn
Hope you all had a good Christmas and want to wish you a Happy New Year. Looking forward to all your new ideas in 2022. I’m a little behind in watching your videos, but getting caught up. Thanks so much.
Just checked to see if "Our Greene Acres" was on U Tube! There you were! And I have to tell you that I turned you off for just a moment while I ran to my sewing machine to gather some old wooden spools (some with thread....some empty) I saw how you decorated with yours and I loved it! Thank You O Yes! Family Christmas Coming Today!
I love the piano legs! Who would ever guess Easy off would do such a wonderful job! Love how it turned out! Wishing you and your family a very happy, healthy , and wonderful 2022!
Thank you for all you do! We had a wonderfully blessed Christmas this year and I hope you did as well. Looking forward to seeing more beautiful ideas from you in the coming year.
Love all of your videos! I have a piano leg that I found in the corner of my cousin's old dirt floor basement after he passed away. I've been holding on to it, waiting for inspiration to come. It has a peg on top and a roller at the bottom. Maybe I'll figure out what to do with it soon! Lol. I'm also looking for more shabby chic crafts and inspiration using roses, with a Victorian theme for a little bedroom I'm re-vamping. Would love to see an entire video on Victorian Shabby Chic. You inspire me!!!
