I think the point about "make peace with cringe" is something i had needed to hear because every time i wanna do something i get shy and feel cringe doing it, most commonly filming videos in public. Sometimes I feel desperate. People say to set goals and believe. And you'll never hear of someone who believed, made attempts, but has never made it to success... because those people don't have an audience, they suffer in silence, defeated and forgotten. Obviously, it's better to believe in yourself than not, but this world doesn't function on beliefs only. The self-help world became very toxic. I'm not talking about Lana here, but in general, there are people in this space who speak perfect English, live in a developed country, have healthy families, and talking how everyone could change their lives. To those who read this and have not achieved their goals yet, do not blame yourself! There are some obvious circumstances that may hinder your success, like your citizenship, your family background, the language you speak, the country you are in, your health, how many family members depend on you, and even your looks. It's ridiculous how those things get ignored, and you are blamed for not trying hard enough. You do!
Making peace with cringe, I was thinking of that how I never took myself seriously, and would literally cringe at the emotional good deeds I do for my myself. I very much made peace with cringe now :))

Now there are definitely people who are helping get to my goal, however, at the end of the day it's up to me to achieve my goals. My mindset, my work ethic, my training, etc... and I work more efficiently that way. I prefer to do it alone, to grind alone because I dont like relying on others to do it for me. Asking for help or advice is fine. But when it comes to achieving and working towards my goal, I prefer to be alone, Osu

I would love to start a completely different life than just being a 9-5 but, I grew up from a poor family and now that I can earn money, I need to help them pay their debts, look after my siblings, etc. I have always wanted a slow and romanticized life but given the status, i just don't know how right now
