U should try sugar pop lip balm. I used to use Nivea berry shina. It is actually not great at moisturizing. But sugar pop lip balm is actually very good.
We can use it as lip stick not as lip balm... My lips won't get too dry but this balm makes it too dry... So what I did was bought 30 rs Himalaya balm, double boiled both Nivea and Himalaya lip balms and put it in lipstick container now it's not that drying... This is how I saved my 180Rs lip balm
You can try baby lips by Maybelline...I just loveee that lip balm . Throughout my teenage I've been using it and I'll definitely continue to use it further. Without that lip balm I can't even walk one step .

The lip balm i use is labello cherry shine it's moisturising effect is so much that I only apply a little it's cherry shade is more red while i also own Lakme lip love cherry it's more like pink and I love it too . They are both affordable under 180. About the tint I like Lakme lip love cherry but about the moisturisation i go with labello
I've always found the non-tinted lip balms that just give a transparent shine to your lips to be the most moisturizing for some reason
