I wasn’t going to pick up this palette until I saw this video…. Now I just might. I’m trying to be more strict right now with my spending since Christmas is almost here.
You looked so pretty🌺 To me, this palette is …fine. I wouldn’t run out to get it even if it was on sale. I feel like the Makeup Revolution and Catrice palettes have been nicer.
I was confused to see a plain pressed glitter. I do like pressed glitters but I can say my cheap ones from Profusion are better 😅I learned that Hudas browns are really purple and mauve undertone most of the time even the ones you think are true browns which I always found frustrating as it looked nothing like in the pan on my eyes. It might work if you pack them on but if you apply lightly the undertone takes over. Your look is very mauve too and doesn't actually look that cool 👀
I agree! These shades are not very cool at all. I'm going to see if I can create a true cool brown look with the palette.. The pressed glitter feels so weird and out of place to me
I picked this up yesterday and it's on its way in the post. Iv owned all of hudas large palettes apart from empowered (to warm) and I'm excited for this one, it's beautiful
I was also disappointed with the packaging. For example, I have a Rose Quartz palette, and the packaging is so beautiful. Even her 9 pan palettes look more exciting. 😐
The packaging is nice but for me multiple of the shimmer in it are so disappointing bland or a complete mess to work with. I just don't understand why people like these pasty thick shimmers... They just look so unflattering on the eyes and don't wear that well
@@EXOmakemeHorololo Interesting .. I don't have any issues with any of shades in Rose Quartz, but I also always use glitter glue with any shimmers and I also always apply them with my fingers, maybe that's why.
It looks like nice palette (sans the glitter) and the quality seems decent from what I have watched. The packaging is… a choice. They probably could have taken a page out of Cosmic Beauty’s book and do something simple but in theme for the packaging because it doesn’t sell the dream of something icy just because of word icy in big font on the front. Or at the very least, I would expect something little bit more elaborated for their “last” big palette. 😅Just a funny thought that crossed my mind, it looks like something AI would come up with - silver for ‘icy’ and brown for ‘nude’ and the design team added “Icy nude” on the front for the rest of us who wouldn’t understand the implication - estimated time spent - 30 minutes. In short, for me the packaging lacks the ‘je ne sais quoi’ most brands try to achive with artwork on their packaging design. I would not even notice it in a stand in Sephora. Thanks for the video ❤ I’m not the biggest fan of this palette and I will probably forget about its existence in a month but I really like what you created with it. The inside deserved much better presentation in a form of packaging. The shimmers look worth the price and mattes seems to be high quality.
Yes I feel like the theming is actually quite nice, but they didn't execute it very well in the packaging. I'm really wondering if the excitement will remain for me or that I indeed will forget about it as quickly as with the last palette I had from her..
Number 4 on the top row is so warm and red 😢 I just want cool neutrals, not a palette with more cool shades than the average neutral colour story... Spose I'll look at ND's palettes or wait and see if I need a cool is on the horizon, or INAN is as cool as were getting there.
Hmm.. I don't know. Seems like nude palette without anything else going on. Some colours I can not label as "cold". For that price there should be at least some duo/multi chromes, but not that flaky disaster)
Are you picking up Huda's Icy Nude eyeshadow palette?

@@melissahammer6380 jaaa Barely Basic is prachtig 😄
It's a beautiful pallet but definitely would not fit my deep complexion.
@@ednaellis6047 yes I think it would quickly look ashy

Thank you ❤️ Yes for sure, I've actually been really impressed with more affordable palettes lately

Could you compare this Stone Cold Fox? Very keen to see more looks. I want to wear this for New Year party.

I think I'll skip this palette. It is called "icy nude" but those warm brown and bronze shades are a big turn off. 😞

Good point. 👍
What's everyone's favourite big eyeshadow pallette from Huda please. I need to purchase
1 or 2 and don't know which one? 🤔
Thank you.
Hi, i like all but ive really enjoyed pretty grunge and empowered! I also have icy nudes but havent used it a lot, still getting to know it
