Excellent tutorial. Have found lots of info on wrapping cabachons but not chunky tumbled stones. Can't wait to get started. Do you have a technique to share where you create a loop or bail at either end of a chunky stone, so it can be placed in a chain eg rain chain?

Hi Linda. Would you mind me asking where you get your reels of wire from. I shop with chalmers. I love their gemstones and i would love to try this and learn to make some of the home decor you've shown. 🙏❤️

Hi Aine Marie, I buy all my wire from www.wires.co.uk. It's a very busy, confusing site when you're starting out, as they supply to so many different industries! The wire I used for wrapping the tumble stones is 0.8mm SOFT Silver Plated COPPER Wire. The binding wire was 0.4mm. And if you want to create the chunky wire shapes in between my home decor pieces, like the chain units and the circular frames, those are created out of 1.6mm Aluminium Wire. You can also buy these wire gauges from other suppliers too!
