Symptoms you mentioned is the indicative of psorinum at that time so if the patient is of strong tubercular heritage then he will manifest tubercular symptoms also latter or may be have history of tubercular symptoms so a person may have 2 o or 3 mixed miasm and but we have to clear the surface 1st.
