Heather Graham is best-known for “Boogie Nights”, “Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me”, “Bowfinger” and “The Hangover”, along with being in many TV shows, including “Twin Peaks”, “Californication” and “Law and Order True Crime”.
During this interview, Graham emphasizes the importance of a female-driven story and need for more female filmmakers. This comedy / drama / romance film has a more personal message and mission, and is loosely based on her life. As a yoga teacher with a miserable dating life and dysfunctional family in “Chosen Family”, Ann (Heather Graham) finds the internal strength to put her own needs first, say no, and let go of toxic relationships - with a little help from her closest friends.
