definitely fake, the mold has more mold lines, nub marks and imperfections compared to the real one. other than that and the paint it is dangerously close to the real one.
I bought a bootleg movie Venom figure by mistake a while back & as soon as i opened it my spidey sense started to tingle. The paint application was terrible & he had super loose legs. Eventually they fell of completely !!. This figure however, if it is a ko then it's a really good one. There seems to be no sloppy paint or splashes & he has near enough animation accurate proportions, along with decent joints & an impressive amount of accessories makes me a true believer in this Spidey. Indeed is a KO taken from the original Sentinel brand, oh and the Gargoyle one is the special version that is more expensive, but there is this normal version as well, I have been waiting for someone to review it and thank you so much for doing it! It is a very good ko and an alternative if you are not a super fan of the character but want to have it, also for customs this is perfect! I have purchased both and as you the Miles has not left china yet, I am glad to see that yours is great and I hope mine is as well, once more thank you for the amazing job that you put on all your reviews!

I have wanted a spider-man for the shelf for ages but haven't liked any of the marvel Legends but this one is perfect. I could be wrong but it was my understanding that “Bootlegs” come from the same factory but don’t meet the 99% standard to be sold for $100+ They may have slight irregularities or sloppy paint here or there so they slip ‘em out the side exit and sell them for a fraction of the price. Again, I could be wrong.
The torso isn’t a mid drift it is for the blonde hair peter parker because if u look closely one is slimmer than the other that’s why the Spider-Man figure comes with a different bottom edit: I’m picking this up
This is 100% a KO. the upper body and shoulders are a dead give away . Also the accessories are not protected in the box . But this would be a good base figure to use for customs
It’s 100% a knockoff. The heads are way off you can tell headsculpt look like they’re sculpted out of clay lol. It’s still not bad for people who don’t have the money for the real version. $30 compared to $160 lol. I’d just not swap the heads on it and use the base figure.

I just ordered this off Amazon for $41 after tax and shipping. I see it had its flaws but for a bootleg it looks surprisingly good and I’ve wanted the real figure for a while so I’m excited to have something relatively close to it! Plus I love modding and customizing things and I saw a video on how to fix the neck where it doesn’t look so low :)

This is a bootleg one, a fake, they're spreading out around the whole aliexpress, this Peter and Miles are there now, but actually they are good action figures at all.

It’s definitely a KO. It’ll have imperfections but the standards on bootlegs have been really decent recently, and if someone can’t afford the real thing, it’s a great alternative. I’ve ordered one because of how promising it looks
If you're paying 25 for a figure that goes for probably over 100 then there's no way it's real. But I have gotten a mafex spider man bootleg before and it was also really nice, sometimes we just get luck on KO quality

heya, cool review, I think this one is a KO version, I bought mine from Hobbylink, the one you reviewed has a shorter neck, the hands and extras had a sticky plastic to keep them in place in the box, the instructions paper had couple more pages with a paper that you can cut from them and have Peter read a paper, and the heads are way more detailed, the eyes on the ones from your video look a bit more sinked in, so all that stuff makes me think that you bought a KO version

They aren’t made in the same factories. These bootleg manufacturers either get their hands on molds, or create their own molds from real figures.

It is bootleg. There are deformations on the parts of the figure. Neck is shorter. Unmasked heads are horrible. But it is good for the price.
