Victoria Coach Station is London's hub for domestic and international coach services, including airport transfers and many sightseeing coach tours. It handles more than 200,000 coach departures a year, carrying 10 million passengers. The principal coach operators are the domestic services National Express and Megabus, and the European coach service Eurolines. This video is a walk-through of the departure hall and waiting areas, including the ticket office. Victoria Coach Station is located on Buckingham Palace Road about 500 metres from Victoria bus, train and Underground station. I don't see why you now have to go through the door for gate 19 to board a coach that's on gate 20. How long has it been like that for?
