Your enhancement work on this one is a piece of art ... You can not imagine the joy that this kind of videos brings to my heart. By your work you are making Shawn subsisting in this world and more vivid in our memories. Thank you, be blessed.
Brilliant job. I want this guy to re-engineer some of my amateur tapes of my old band - this is not only listenable but sounds better than good. A little closer to having been there.
Shawn was a legend! If I'm correct, it looks like he's playing a limited edition Jackson Soloist Pro Archtop from 1991. Seeing him with this guitar and his Charvel 750xl influenced me to pick up my own Jackson Dinky / Soloist guitar years ago and I've been playing them as my main axes ever since. It's interesting how certain musicians can inspire you to pick up specific guitars and brands Reply
His tone, and articulation of the chameleon melody has somewhat ruined the original for me. It’s so thick and funky. Really wish he had made a studio recording of it.

This is smoking. Saw Shawn lane at earthshaking music in Atlanta in the early 2000’s with with Jonas hellborg and Jeff sipe. Dude was off the chain!
Shawn was the best!
Jeez! Some of the most melodic playing I've heard from Shawn.

Imagine having the power to turn the "Shawn Lane" switch on.. that's what happened that night

It's a wonder his fret board didn't catch fire with that blistering speed. Hooly dooly

Agree completely. Like a number of covers Shawn did, he took them, shook them, and made them his own.
