lol, i been trying to find a thicker contact cement. Want it like the consistency of thick boogers so it doesnt drip off. Just let it air out some a?

You'll actually get better results spreading it on thinner and in multiple passes. If it's dripping you might be using too much.
Airing it out will thicken it up, but it won't spread as evenly which will give you a weaker bond.
