    Into The Fire
Life - thin as a thread
    Sometimes you're lucky
    Sometimes you're better off dead
Your first breath is taken and in to the world you are cast
You long for tomorrow while living each day as your last
Well I know what your heart desires
But you can't take it with you
    Into the fire
Now you've done all you can
    Your life's at the crossroads
You watch as it slips through your hands
So stand on the mountain and shout in vain at the sky
But nobody hears you - the words only echo inside
Oh shelter the flame - it may expire
    Risin' up from the ashes
    Into the fire
Just hold on to your life down to the wire
Oh out from the dragon's jaws
    Into the fire
    There's a moment in every man's life
When he must decide what is wrong and what's right
You could wait for your dreams to come true
    But time has no mercy
Time won't stand still for you
Well I know what your heart desires
    Crawlin' out from the wreckage
    Into the fire

Good on ya kid. That's awesome. I love it when the younger generation takes a liking to the old 80s style of music...which in my opinion is the best ever created. And there's no one better than Bryan. I've seen him 7 times in my lifetime. I really hope that your dream comes true for you. Keep rockin!

He still got it. Today's tech (in ear monitoring with personal mix) allows him to control his voice even better than in the old days... he was very good back in the 80s, but it takes care and a healthy lifestyle to keep your voice in such a great shape. Saw him during his bare bones tour (only acoustic guitar and piano plus BAs voice) and rediscovered him as a genuine and talented singer and songwriter.

The very best song Adams/Vallance ever wrote together........
I remember hearing it for the very first time, and thought, whoooah!!!! This sounds just so different to any other Bryan Adams song I'd heard before. For me it was clearly the bands "Stairway to Heaven". It evoked what Bryan Adam's is really about (not silly love songs, singing about girls that done him wrong..) about the Land, his land, Canada, this songs evokes the vastness of his country, the toughness of it, yet still making your dreams come true having been born there (Well he wasn't born in a music city like New York or L.A.).
A true musical masterpiece, that as time passes, DEFINES the band, the Bryan Adams band :)

This 1987 BA Into The Fire album is by far one of his best if not the best with Reckless in '84. To all the younger BA fans that don't know much about the Into The Fire album have to go and listen to such gems like ''Native Son'' where he talks about the Native People being tossed away where 'now ♫♪''The white man lives where our rivers run''♪♫. The guitar solo by Keith Scott on this piece is the most beautiful and heartfelt solo you can ever listen to.
Back in the day, we had guitar solos and the songs could be 6m45 and everything would be fine. Now with the radios playing only songs less than 3m30 and I'm being generous here is just gutwrenching. Now it's a really short intro + 1 verse, a pre chorus, a chorus another verse and chorus and if you have the balls to insert a bridge in there the radios will most surely cut it out so it fits THEIR standards. Such a shame nowadays.
The song Home Again is mesmerizing just like Into The Fire and Rebel but the one that makes the tears streaming down my face is Victim of Love with lyrics such as '♫♪'Living on your own can be a lonely game, a face in the crowd and no one knows your name, it's table for one and a broken heart to go''♪♫ and also ♫♪'' Doesn't matter who was right or wrong, when the fire is over when the magic's gone, you pick the pieces and do the best you can, it knocks you down but you try it again, you get a little older it's a crying shame, sometimes things don't work out like you had planned'' ♪♫.
To get a glimpse of BA's ''Native Son'' song here's a couple of lyrics that will punch you in the gut and in your heart. ''♫♪ I've seen many moons with these wrinkled eyes, the years have me old but they've made me wise, now the white man lives where our rivers run, like dogs we were driven from this place, such injustice time will not erase, all these changes cannot be undone, when you feel the anger, inside of you, hold your head high, let your aim be true, though your heart beats like a drum, my Native son''♫♪
Thank you Bryan for performing those 2 songs some 36 years ago. Your voice is liquid gold and I've covered a lot of songs from you and will keep covering your songs cause they're the best just like you 🙏☮🤍
