I’ve moved from Dyson to the Samsung Bespoke in white. Far better than the Dyson with attachments and the clean station. I hated emptying the Dyson…..it was soooo messy and you cant clean deep inside the cyclones to give best performance. The Samsung bin is all washable and a big winner keeping it in tip top performance.
I'll add +1. The Dysons are annoying in so many ways. LG with 2 batteries is better, but compared to the old days of vacuums these are all disposable junk, I'm trying Samsung next.
Had the Dyson v15 and after 1 week of use, it was malfunction! I was disappointed with the quality, so i buy the Samsung Jet 85 and its way better!! Love this thing!!
I had the Dyson animal v10. It worked fine until my husband changed the battery and broke the trigger. I then purchased the bespoke. I’ve had it about 3 weeks. I vacuum my house every other day. I do feel like the Dyson had more suction, and it was a little sturdier. That’s pretty much the only thing I miss about the Dyson. The bespoke is a cleaner vacuum in general. I don’t get dust everywhere when I empty the bin. I don’t have to squeeze my hand in the bin anymore to get the extra hair or dirt that didn’t come out when opening the bin since it’s automatic with the bespoke. The bespoke completely empties the bin. I haven’t had anything get stuck yet. I have long hair and it has done really well with getting it all up. I have had to unwrap the hair one time. I was constantly having to unclog my Dyson. I do only get about 22- 25 minutes of run time. I feel like I got more with the Dyson. I’ve had 3 Dyson upright vacuums and 1 stick. The upright Dyson was terrible. My parents had the original Dyson and it was amazing. I recently got the a version of the shark upright vacuums and I don’t like it either. All of them had issues after one- two years. I was constantly taking them apart to figure out what was wrong. The stick was the best Dyson.
I remember this Samsung used to cost around $1k. I guess they reduced pricing since they can get it back through the dust bin bags. I'd be interested in vacs with bagless auto empty cleaning stations.
It’s $1.2k AUD here 🫥 I want bagless auto empty stations too!! The only one I’m aware of is the Shark Cordless Detect Pro With Auto Empty - IW3611 (minuscule on board dustbin but lightweight and zero fuss to pop on the base to empty. I haven’t tried one but so tempted to buy it. Vacuum stores aren’t close by for me. Idk how well it does on carpet & dog hair 🫤 or the longevity. The parts look very plastic. I have a Shark wandvac & cleaning the filter is a nightmare.
@@amandab3946 same. while it is not a nightmare for me, it takes me few minutes to clean filters daily. I do this daily so that suction does not get weak. A Dyson cordless does not get clog easily but I know it runs much louder and cost as much as an auto empty station set
The most ridiculous thing ever. Buy a bagless vacuum to buy bags for emptying station? 😅They're must be having a great time at Samsung laughing at all people buying bags for their bagless machines 😂
@@Blackout720 good point.🤭 another problem with bags is availability, sometimes they are not available when you need it. if machine lasts long enough or not replaced early, bags can become discontinued because of low volumes/sales or planned obsolescence
Indeed....All reviews are about brand new ones. I have a Dyson V10. After a year the wand wobbled all over the place, terrible quality. I had to 3d print a support which can slide over the entire thing. Also, after 3 years the suction has dropped massively.
Thank you so much for the video . We were thinking about buying a new vacuum cleaner and I wasn’t sure which one we should choose. Now I think…Samsung is the better option
Have a dyson V10 and now got additional V15s so far so good. even the V10 is a good one(for the last aprox 6 years) but i wanted to add the optic Laser/LED option and the mop. so far do a great Job
Samsung Bespoke Jet misses out on anti-tangle and simple LED Lights, and yes its price has dropped recently. (I tested in-store with longer hair and it wrapped all over the roll, same deal with the new Shark Detect Pro with its bagless auto-empty bin and the single hybrid roller claiming Anti Tangle Fin - it got wrapped and rolled, very sad) Having daughters and pets, I hate having to cut hair of rollers after most uses.
I’m bitterly disappointed to hear about the hair wrap on the Shark Auto Empty & Samsung Bespoke. I need a vac that’s lightweight (not 8kg like a canister or upright for when I have to lift it over extension cords/multiple adaptors) I have dogs so I need a vacuum head with adequate carpet agitation (currently using a air driven turbo head with central vac) but also does minimal hair wrap (and if so, the brushroll is easily accessible/removable without screws). Seems like an impossible task. Have you found a vac that does everything you want it to do? I’m exhausted going to vacuum stores that usually have clogged filters, no charge & no refund option.
@@amandab3946 Pretty much most of the Dyson's from about version 10 upwards, also the Shark vacs with Dual Rollers do it better than the Hybrid roller like the Stratos, DUO Pro, Apex Pro 2X
@@weaman10 it's smaller and geared for lounges, pet bedding ect.. I collect my long hair (unseen) from bedrooms and living area carpets, I really don't want to stuff around with a small head in those areas. Additionally I moved away from the Dyson's for a similar reason only thier regular motobar head has built in hair detangle but no LED lighting and the fluffy roller that is better on hard wood floors doesn't have a hair detangler built-in and one of my kids rooms has floating floor and it has the most long hair if all the rooms.
Why would I go to empty my canister myself and having to deal with all dust go back again to my house ?not to mention its dual brush in the front , unlike dyson that i have to switch between brushes. Besides dyson is very heavy on your hand .very tyring, if suction power are the same , definitely samsung
Only issue is dust bags costs are higher for Samsung and it is 0.5lit capacity. I am confused with dogs hairs I will be filling up dust bag in 3 cycles
I have problem with my dyson. It died on me and the cleaning is troublesome. After a few usage, the dust will accumulate in the airways which requires you to dismantle everything to clean it. This is because the hepa filter is separated behind. Trust me, the dismantling is nightmare and very fragile. Dyson is overrated. Now I'm interested to try this Samsung.
Out of the seven reviews I watched, you're the only one who showed how it can be opened and cleaned without station. Thanks!

Just ordered the Dyson "Exclusive" V15 Detect Absolute Hepa
why is no one talking about the big issue that dyson have with the loose wand?

Hey what's the mop part of the v15s like? Iv currently got the Samsung bespoke jet and the mop attachment isn't freat it doesn't spin fast enough
Samsung is the best in its field! This is said by someone who has also used Dyson! I ! Strong brand that stopped trading with Israel

Obviously it is something I need to vacuum
What cat fills that bag in 5 cycles? Or in other words, how long is a cycle? 😅
