I've been doing Japanese Duolingo in my own time. It's amazing how much Japanese you pick up, pairing that with watching Hololive. Like watching Noel play Dragon Quest, I immediately recognized her saying "chizu" when she pulled out her map. RUclips and videogames are educational, y'all!
This was super fun, you really seem to have a knack for languages, especially pronunciation. I wouldn't mind seeing more of these streams, it's fun watching people learn and hopefully we learn some things with you. Love when you chat with us too, it's really nice. Can't wait to see what you do for ASMR!

I took Japanese in high school 16 years ago, and it felt great that I was able to remember as much as I did and answer these out loud as you were going through these.

You already knew hiragana and katakana and recognized a good amount of kanji and vocab, and you're actually REALLY good at figuring out how all the pieces go together on your own. And I can tell you've worked hard studying before now too; the day you can have a collab with one of your Japanese senpai and really talk to them is coming!
