Archimonde is a REALLY nice weave fight if you can find a spot a bit away from melee but still within your totem range for tremor etc. I found I wasn't getting hit with any fires or airbursts when in the weave sweet spot the last 2 kills - but I might have just been getting lucky.
Good information, but a bit of specific stuff would have helped. How long do Sulfuron Slammers last, for example, and on Azgalaor, I assume his stun is a war stomp; is there a timer for that? I'll go look it up, but that means your video is not a complete one-stop shop.
i dont understand how you can crit for 3.3-3.4k dmg. I have the phase 3 bow from Archimond, im bis phase 2 and the most i can crit is 2.4k dmg. Even during the burst phase in bloodlust i pop everything i have and i can't get past 2.6kdps.
He got 4p and cursed visions in one raid so he's got a good bit more gear then you. Bows this phase aren't as big of a upgrade as previous. He has 266 base armor pen. However if your max crit is 2400, it sounds like your problem is raid debuffs beyond your control. What's the uptime of expose armor, does your rogue have it talented? Curse of recklessness etc etc
They don't get you out of sleep you have to pop them right before. I think it worked yesterday for me I didn't get slept at all and popped them on the DBM timer
@@peterradziewicz4685 I am very well aware that you need it on before you get sleeped, however, as I had understood it they removed the damage effect or at least made it not break the sleep anymore. If you didn't get targeted by sleep during your try that's really no assurance that they still work against the sleep. I guess I will try to see if they actually still do damage to you later today.

In all serious'ness though I do enjoy chasing down parses of the more optimal setup hunters on my server. Its rewarding to get ahead, seeing 1 lust vs their 2. Their enhance sham buffs vs my resto.. You can be more shit and parse better in optimal setup. Just the unfortunate nature of tbc.

Step 1 : Be in a good speedrunning guild
I guess in some cases you could parse better if your guild is slower and u get ur 2 min cds twice

Sarthe another tip on Archimonde when he's targeting you and casting air burst you can FD cancel the cast.

Sometimes fires can spawn and tick before you can move, but yeah it's a great fight for melee weaving!
