I have watched more videos and read studies, but I still can’t find the exact protocol. Do you mind sharing? I’m also curious about your HBOT treatments. Can they be effective if they are not the hard shell chambers? There are no hard shell chambers available for use where I live. Can you share your wisdom? I’m ready to jump in as well, but I don’t want to create more chaos in my body.
