Ranbir talking about the scene where he looks up as one of the scenes being appreciated. Maybe he doesn't know how much people loved his dialogue delivery in this film. His dialogue delivery was beyond anything. The way he said that dialogue ki mera dil nahi tootna chahiye khatana Bhai and the meeting place is just beautiful.
Mohit Chauhan is the soul to the music of ARR in this movie Rockstar would not be complete without him. Should have brought him here. He was the voice of Jordan, the real Rockstar, the essence of the movie
12:08 the background music of that song that he was talking about here always gave me some spirituality and brought me goosebumps with that dialogue. I didn't ever imagine this was the story behind it. So intelligent of Rahman sir👏👏Hat's off.
Rockstar is the movie of the millennium, the story, the direction, the music, the acting, the lyrics. Every single bit of the movie is a masterpiece. One of the finest work Bollywood has ever produced.
From Listening first time on the Concert at my school to getting addicted to all of rockstar tamasha .....basically every ar rahman masterpiece....mohit chahuhan and ar rahman duo is just heaven ❤❤💙💙...we want you to reunite....
kun faya kun is probably the best song of this decade. It just hits different. Also the moment that Ranbir mentioned about that time when he just looks at the sky, that whole Portion makes me emotional. I also love how cutely ranbir is sitting there and talking on the call❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ at one point with his face perched on top of his folded arms
Holy fuckkkkkk 😍 i never seen ARR sir with this comfortable with any team. He is kind of introvert. Only talk active with his circle. Look at he brings everyone that's show how much he loves this team. Hindi cinema should utilise my King ARR more. Even Tamil people started listen to Hindi songs suddenly. Because of ARR. Thanks to RK, Imtiaz, Mohit everyone associated with this beautiful flim.
This conversation needed a moderator. There were way too many awkward moments in the session, with people not knowing what to say. They should have planned this session better, Mohit Chauhan saying on air that he wasn't aware this event was to happen today was funny as well as embarrassing. A.R.Rahman has opened up a lot in the last couple of years, rarely have i seen him talk in public with so much enthusiasm. Also, Ranbir Kapoor can easily start a talk show of his own, he clearly knows how to infuse humour into any conversation.
Dichotomy of fame, Tango for Taj Orianthi stating electric guitar in Sadda Haq always gives me goosebumps and shivering. Very rare songs are there in the world which wet your eyes Dichotomy of fame is one of them , without speaking a word just music of instruments.
Damn right.. Dichotomy of Fame is hell of a track..🔥🔥 It gives an immeasurable amount of pristine energy.. I personally think that Rahman attained enlightenment while composing Dichotomy of Fame and Kun Fya kun.. Divine stuff those two are..
The best album of Modern Cinema , no other music album is close to what Rockstar has achieved. 14 songs are still unchallenged. Every song gives you goosebumps & each one of us has a different story to connect with the songs. A masterpiece even Rahman sir would feel difficult to achieve.
Phir Se Uddh Chala is a magical song for me. Every time I hear this song I close my eyes & I picture myself being at that location where the song was shot. Kudos and congratulations to each and every one of you who was part of this journey! Without your dedication we wouldn't be celebrating 10 years of Rockstar. Mohit Chauhan you were missed, but tks for joining the call :)
#10yearsofrockstar you made my day. My 9 yrs old comment has been featured in between 1:39 and 1:43 . I'm going to watch the movie again sometime in between today and 20th as soon as my schedule permits. I'm 10 yrs older and became the middle aged person yet i feel all the same. My eyes are moistened thinking about the movie and its effect on my life. Even today, whenever i struggle to become myself i still draw inspiration from the message, make, music and the whole movie. Missing Aarti Bajaj mam in this conversation. Rockstar's editing was pathbreaking and was a major reason for making it a masterpiece. Would have been great to listen to her anecdotes. There should be a longer version or part two of this wiith Aarti Bajaj, Anil Mehta, Piyush Mishra, Kumud Mishra and Mohit Chauhan.
Rockstar is not a movie. It is a feeling that most of people can feel it. Rockstar album was my favorite, is my favorite and will be my favorite for whole life. Thank you A R Rahman sir, Imtiyaz ali sir and whole team for this Masterpiece. ❤❤❤❤
Recently Anushka Sharma ne ek SS story me daala tha jisme mention tha ke "God has chosen AR to send his heavenly music to us" and it's F* true.... Just listen this ROCKSTAR album and you'll believe it 🤲🏾🛐
I was in the first year of my engineering when this movie came out. We sneaked out of the hostel and went to the movie. To this day and as long as i live, the songs in this movie will always hold a special place. Pure magic!
Blessed to be born in A R Rahman’s era, growing up with his music, waiting to buy his cassettes to making an ARR playlist in every digital platform, his music has been the only constant in life!
I am really glad that Rehman sir took this great initiative to have a reunion to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of ROCKSTAR. Watched this whole video in one go. I am pretty much sure that many of us who will see this, will automatically feel themselves as a part of Rockstar Project. You did complete justice to all of us ( Forever Fans of Rockstar) Sir. Also, I would humbly request you to release all the material and compositions you made and never came out to soothe our ears. Lots of Love ❤️. Thank you 🙏🏻
Phir se udd chala is all about flying out to the limitless possibilities and discovering yourself...Naadan parinde is the exact antithesis, about returning to your roots and identity, after you've been around for a bit, much like yeh jo des hai tera. The sheer genius that AR is, he lends phir se udd chala with a free flowing vibe, breaking from the mukhda-antara-mukhda format, symbolising the spirit of the song..Close your eyes and you'll find yourself drifting, slowly floating... This is art at its best, a meeting of some fantastic creators of our generation... Blessed to live and experience their magic..God hangs around in music, if you don't believe, this album is proof.
For a die-hard fan of AR. Rahman any music from him is a Celebration. But Rockstar is One among my all time favorite. I still listen to Rockstar because it had that life connection with human emotions. Music lifted the sprits of the movie to the next level. Waiting to see this combo again to create another musical journey together..
One of the best soundtracks of all time! Been listening to the songs for 10 years regularly.. especially Kun faya kun which is a ride to a different dimension altogether! Kudos to the whole team!
I would never get pass the album. Aur ho is something that it wakes me up. Sadda huq brings the revolutionist inside me. Jo bhi mein tells my story with poetic words. Phir se ud chala is my realization and inspiration. Tum ho/tum ko makes me feel the worth of love around me.
Rockstar one of the best albums of AR.. Hats off AR..Ranbir..Imtiaz ali for giving this masterpiece.. Its not just a movie its life.. Ranbir lived to the character.. One of the best actors in india.. Love from Tamilnadu.. Love AR & Ranbir
I had just started my postgraduate degree when Rockstar came out. And I used to listen to the songs everyday on the metro train to and from work. And after 10 years I still listen to it on the way and back from work! The best part is, the songs are still as fresh as the first time! Thanks Rahman sir , Irshad sir and Mohit sir for such an incredible album!
So nice to see this reunion. Times which makes us feel music is much more than what it is. Rockstar is a legendary work and I believe that the same worked out with Tamasha as well. kind of sad that it's not talked about much.
I still remember seeing Rockstar in theatre and some aunties in the back said "Chee what is she doing" about Heer. The world is the aunties. The world didn't love Rockstar when Rockstar needed it. And Again this movie was for impossible crowd at that time. It pains to see Rehman sir asking why didn't you like it when it came out.
The BEST album of 21st century! No matter what comes after, Rockstar will *always* have a special heart in everyone's heart, I believe. I can listen to Phir Se Ud Chala throughout the day and I'm not even exaggerating. It's amazing how a single song can get you so much, that's the power of music, ARR's music..! Ofc the entire album is marvellous, but Phir Se Ud Chala is breathtakingly life-touching! 🤧💛 Congratulations team! And a BIG thank you
Yes, it is hard to pick a favourite from the Rockstar album but Phir se Ud Chala is the most majestic song and one which sends you into trance on listening on loop !!
What Rahman achieved is indescribable. Rockstar is one of the best albums of Bollywood. Yet, we can't blindly say it is Rahman's best.. So, to conclude, when it comes to him, you can't decide what is BEST..
The most heartfelt, sincere and beautiful interview I’ve seen in a long time! Ranbir, AR Rehman who usually are very shy in interviews feel so comfortable here! Wow!
Yes, it hits directly to heart ❤...It will always be my favourite, and no new album can match its level till now from the day it released.., also the level of music these days is horrible...I love Rockstar...
Really really missed Mohit Babaji sir... A truly masterpiece and all-time evergreen beautiful movie ever made... Thankyou to all of the team for this gem !🙌🏻🔥
I still remember I bunked my college, sneaked out hostel warden to watch this film and after watching it I just use to shout out Saada Haq atthe rakh in whole corridor of my hostel. What a masterpiece it was ❤️ want to see you all again in 2061 after completing 50 years of this musical screenplay 😘😘😍😍
I’m watching this video and sobbing. For the past 10 years I’ve been asserting that Rockstar’s Album is the best music album ever made and the feeling just grows stronger. I can see how AR Rahman Sir, Irshad Kaamil Sir, Imtiaz Ali Sir, Mohit Chauhan Sir and Ranbir Kapoor, all are each other’s fanboys and I root for each one of them. Everytime someone praises the other person I’m going exactly, yes. Cannot articulate my feelings but if I have to use one word for Rockstar it would be MAGIC!
It was a great feeling, seeing them again together. But, i think they should have also joined Nargis Fakhiri, as she also played important role to transform janardhan jakhad into Jordan. Thanks Rockstar team. 💗
@@Lazymath007_ who cares but she is heroine of this super duper hit film so respect that and her talent also this is so embarrassing for an artist that someone say them bad I m sure u will also not tolerate words against ur art she is not talented in ur choice but say it polightly and in a way so that noones emotions daan harm or u just keep it in ur mind
Great to see Rockstar team!!...BIG fan of this album..Mohit Chauhan just killed it!..listen to these amazing songs very frequently, till date! ARR(LEGEND)'s best bollywood composition in my view.
After listening the songs of this album, I messaged a friend and told him to send a original copy of this album... I still have the album in my music collection. this was the favorite album of my whole family and everyone in my family had found their favorite song in this album... Thank You A.R. Rahman sir and many many love for you from Bangladesh.❤️
Best album of the (2010-2020) decade 👏 Each song and instrumental piece is a gem and blessing from the God himself. This is one of the finest album of A. R. Rahman sir career. Its right up there with Roja, Bombay, Thiruda Thiruda, Rangeela, Dilse, Iruvar, Guru, Slumdog Millionaire, Vinnaithaandi Varuvaya. Wanted Rockstar part 2. I don't care how Imtiaz is gonna go about it but I want it just to get another Rockstar album from A. R 😎
Pure Magic this album , this performance , this crew , this film . Imtiaz Ali 🙏🙏✨✨you r magic. Arr is magic , Ranbir Kapoor , Irrshad Kamil is magic. Just wanted to say #KunFayaKun
Rockstar is not just an film it's an emotion 😍 I mean just look at the legacy of this film world's finest actor (ranbir kapoor), world's finest music composer (rahman sir), world's finest director (imtiaz sir) what more else do we need rather than this 😍 my most favouritest artists of all time, the ultra legends of today's time they three are ♥️ biggest fan of ranbir, rahman sir and imtiaz sir ♥️♥️♥️
Watched It First Day in chennai, I was in my First-year of Engineering with a huge Hype after Listening to the Album on loop. Rockstar Is a memory which gives me High feeling everytime I remember.
Rockstar has been such an integral of my life. It just changed how I looked at films and more importantly life and relationships. The film is the sole reason I took up music and my life has never been colourless post that. I thank Imtiaz Ali, A R Rahman, most importantly Ranbir for giving us so many memories. All words will fail to convey how important this film is for me. Will never forget 11.11.11, first day first show. ❤
10 Years of this Masterpiece Album. Still brings out all the emotions from back then, the feeling of love, the heartbreak, the perspective of the feeling of love and so many multiple emotions that come out. I’m confident and sure that this album 25 years later will still continue to affect the same way. I bow down to A.R. Rahman Sir for giving us Rockstar along with the list that never ends. 🙏🏼🌻 Fortunate to be born in the ARR era! ❤️🙏🏼
*Rockstar* was a complete treasure box of different genres of music.. the soundtrack of every single song connected everyone.. in any condition we were in.. on could relate to it at any point of life.... just PHENOMENAL
They should have released the whole composition, the unheard version as well (45min as said in the video).its ARR magic ,the more u hear, the more u fell in love with it ❤️

Tamasha is a hidden Jem💙
For me Tamasha the film and music is above Rockstar.
@@happytowelday "for me"
I am so glad to find out that someone else also feels this way!
Okay okay !!! This is the best music Indian album ever made. RAHMAN MOHIT IRSHAD IMTIAZ RANBIR Big thanks !!! ❤️

i missed ranbir’s voice so much, he is so well spoken😭😭 and omfg the new RK content🥰🥺😁
Congratulations team! And a BIG thank you
Yes, it is hard to pick a favourite from the Rockstar album but Phir se Ud Chala is the most majestic song and one which sends you into trance on listening on loop !!
@@adityasen2281 yes it does!!!🥺😍
40:54 that moment ranbir mentions the moment in KUN FAYA KUN...that shot was bliss..had tear eyed everytime when i listen to that masterpiece
Wow!
Please release the Humsa song from the Rockstar album, Rahman Sir. ❤️
In south it's,Mani sir,ARR sir &Vairamuthu & in Bollywood It is ARR sir, Imtiaz Ali & Irshad kamil ,team of legends 😍🙌🤘
The album is master class this type of music once in life time hat's off to entire team
Wished to see Mohit Chauhan in the meeting here. He's also one of the reasons the album is so memorable ❤️
This is the music created by GOD.
100%
Yes, it hits directly to heart ❤...It will always be my favourite, and no new album can match its level till now from the day it released.., also the level of music these days is horrible...I love Rockstar...
Goosebumps when I read this comment 😊
Really really missed Mohit Babaji sir... A truly masterpiece and all-time evergreen beautiful movie ever made... Thankyou to all of the team for this gem !🙌🏻🔥
off topic but RANBIR IS SO CUTEEEE😭😭🥺🥺🥰🥰 HE IS GLOWING !!!!!!!!
Can't believe 10 years past, these songs still sounds so fresh and catchy as well. This is the signature of a master composer.
She is in the end watch full video bhai
Nargis Fakhri made Rockstar worse. What a terrible actress

This colab video is incomplete without Mohit Chauhan sir... He was the soul of that beautiful album ... Missed him a lot .
AR Rahman sir became immortal with rockstar. Even bigger than oscar
Rockstar album for me is melancholic, introspective and aggresive.
#ROCKSTAR AND RANBIR WERE MADE FOR EACH OTHER....ONE OF THE BEST FILM AND ACTING IN INDIAN CINEMA

Love to see Ranbir after long time 😍😍 and the music maestro Rahman sir 🙏❤
One of the best albums that has had an impression on my heart in a very deep sense.. love it immensely.. the lyrics.. the music.. the picturesque..
Watched It First Day in chennai, I was in my First-year of Engineering with a huge Hype after Listening to the Album on loop. Rockstar Is a memory which gives me High feeling everytime I remember.
Rockstar is nothing but legends gathered together & created a history...Hats of to all & to your work sir. ❤️
Fortunate to be born in the ARR era! ❤️🙏🏼
Rockstar stands out as a Bollywood masterpiece, celebrated for its exceptional music, compelling acting, and masterful directing.
