Hi, Like your running adventures! The main reason I got a Groenendael myself was it was one of the few breeds of dogs that can do protection and also can run with. Unfortunately, I walk mine about 10k daily (from 70-100km per week) and my feet are generally too sore for much running, so I have reduced that to a few sprint sessions a week and a trail parkrun on the weekend. But my boy is happy, and he makes us happy. That's the main thing!

Thanks so much! Wow! That was a lot of KM a day!!! I find a few runs on leash a week and daily trips off leash to the park keeps them happy. Your Jack is such a lovely boy! 🐾❤️🐾
