good job traxxas ! a frontflip usually just needs full brakes. if you hit the reverse, it will be a reverse flip. reverse flip is a trick of its own because you can double it !
I had a feeling how that was done. Glad I am smart enough to figure that out....

I did a flip off a dirt jump, crashed it and went to get it out of the tumbleweeds. Decided I didn’t want to walk all the way back to where I was jumping from so I stood at the end of the ramp. I jumped the truck (it’s not a steep ramp and it levels out at the top instead of dropping again). It was mid-flip and I thought to

So true because my mom does not listen to me at all and she gets so close the jump I'm doing and I think sometime she's to going to regret not listening to me so when I did the jump it when at her and it did not hurt her but left a little crack in my rc car.

Donť go on throttle when landing and you are good to go.

you can do tricks with 2wd brushed its just a bit harder, I made a ramp up against a wall outside and my 2wd stampede did a barrel roll and landed it but when it landed it had a broken suspension cap, fixed and I still do a few tricks, but heres a tip: don't exellerate too hard it will mess up your landing and could break a part!

What they forget to mention is to let go of the throtle when you land or you will stripp gears or diffs

CustomRCMods trial and error.
CustomRCMods you can make nice ramps out of medium to large size cardboard boxes. You just lean it on its side with the opening on its side like it tipped over, put 2 slices along both edges then cut it up some and tape it up good. It's hard to explain but you will understand. Also there is a video on yt if you search it.
if you get some ply wood and a few 2x4's you can make a pretty good ramp or loop
I just throttle down and finesse it while in the air on my other channel I have a few small jumps and stuff until I can get better shocks and aluminium parts check it out if you want Its "Rc Spartan" annoyingly it'll probably come up with the rc boat so you gotta search Rc Spartan and then channel

Remember dont give gas when landing you will go through so many drive shafts I learned that the hard way

I remember trying a back flip with my Stampede 4X4 VXL............ Crushed the body and ripped a drive axle clean off
I tried to explain it to my kid, "nose down? Throttle up".
Forgot to mention first spend another $250 buy all the upgraded parts before attempting any of those flips 🤜🤛
But I thought the cars had a high impact proof protection with some intense alloy.

my slash 2wd vxl hit a small sort of curb and nailed a front flip
They didn't mention your your car over rotate hitting brake or throttle will help it get back into place like backflip over full just hit the break and if needed a little reverse

The Slash 2WD will not do all of these flips, but it can do some great jumps--especially with a VXL power system and LiPo battery.

Trust me... These are the only tricks there are.
Next thing you know they'll be suing another RC manufacturer for making RCs that can flip mid-air.

I noticed that you are using the 1/10 Scale E Revo, Can these tricks be performed with the 1/16 scale? if so Do I need to upgrade the suspension on the 1/16 scale?

2wd cars can do tricks aswell, I've done a front flip with my 2wd slash
yesterday I jumped my 2wd slash and it went up about ten feet while doing a backflip barrel roll I landed on the body, and then it bounced landing on my shocks poping off both rear shock caps there weak 2:29.
I have a rustler Vxl but it’s only 2 wheel drive can it still do those tricks

Traxxas just offer a chassis that can be over powerd with infinite gearing options.
Thats what we love.
Everything else traxxas we hate. Diffs, elecs and most of all the traxxss bosses and lawyers.

I have a Traxxis 4x4 Slash. I heard the video say to use a LiPo 2-Cell battery, any reason why I can't use a 3-cell? I have the both 2-cell and 3-cell batteries.
The Xl-5 ESC in your Slash 4x4 is only capable of handling the Voltage (7.4V) from a 2 Cell Lipo and (8.4V) from a NIMH battery. However, if you install the optional VXL 3S Power up system in the truck, you're then able to run up to a (11.1v) 3 Cell Lipo battery.
Can this be preformed with the Traxxis Stampede?

yes keep practicing ... after you destroy 2 or 3 cars and spend a full weeks pay check in parts you will have mastered a front flip with a twist with a flip over on its back...lol
I want them to bring that red and black color scheme we see on that xmaxx. The colors out right now in my opinion is horrible. I’m just waiting till they come out with more new colors before I purchase one.

I have a stampede4x4vxl and it did real nice and amazing traxxas that th plastic shock caps never came off in the seven month time period
I have a e-revo 1/16 brushless 4wd orange and purple and I tried to do backflip failed but when I watched this video landed perfect and that hard trick sucseeded

Yesterday my dad was driving my stampede and I was driving my hpi blitz and he ran into the blitz full speed and he flipped me over with the stampede and broke the upper suspension link!😂
The Slash is a bit wonky in The Air sometimes because of Air getting caught in The body.
But hey, it Works still :D
