Looks like you was using the Tamron 70-200mm 2.8 G2 lens ......... What Camera was you using for photo shoot ?

You are correct on the lens. Camera I use is a D780

Elevated is not a good angle… so far away from anything that photos are flat and lifeless. Get in the infield. Puts you 200 ft closer and shooting the inside of the cars. You get the wheel lift from the lower angle.
Oh and get a monopod!

Must not have watched the whole video.... Also, at the first Speedway, there is a photographer that is there that does not allow other photographers in the infield.
