    Do we leave it in the freezer until ready to eat? Or take it out and put it in the fridge after 2 hours? I took mine out and put in the fridge it's delicious but soft, I added sultanas and chopped pistachios and extra oil as it was so thick and added cashew cream to make it more milk chocolate as don't like to dark chocolate, I'm glad I have a healthy chocolate treat now thank you it's so easy!

    guys, be careful of adding too much honey, the mixture will clump up and it will turn into more of a slurry than a solid bar

    • @absbi0000
      @absbi0000 6 месяцев назад +5

      Define slurry. As in fudge?

    • @feminico2613
      @feminico2613 6 месяцев назад +19

      @@absbi0000 you will have a heterogeneous mixture of undissolved honey and chocolate. I don't think its fudge, it's more like dark chocolate but soft. I say it's slurry because the moment i added more honey, the uniform mixture immediately stuck together into a semi solid clump, like dough, and further mixing didn't help at all
      The mixture did harden when refrigerated, but it melts very very quickly around 20 minutes if left out to room temperature. I think this is because of the water content in the honey, and because coconut oil is used which is liquid at room temp. I advise just use cocoa butter instead but ig it's an "easy" recipe.

Butter, ghee, coconut oil, lard & tallow as saturated fat it's a much better choice as opposed to polyunsaturated vegetable seed oils, trans fats as margarine, phytosterols which are extremely unhealthy causing inflammation and cellular fragility,, they are replacing the natural cholesterol in our bodies with plant sterols (plant cholesterol). Coconut oil is recommended cos it has a mild taste. So it will not interfere with flavour profile of d chocolate. Besides, if u use cold pressed coconut oil, it's extremely healthy. Vegetable oil looses on both d counts. Hope this helped... Good luc wid ur attempt! 👍
