Love this idea! Now in my apartment the mirror that is above my bathroom sink is huge, but the silverwear trayes and dark wood trays still inspired me. In my bathroom my bathtub/shower is built into this little alcove. on one side there is this little 3 foot wide wall that I've been trying to figure out what to do with. I think I'm going to find some trays similar to yours, and put my bath products in them- like soaps, bubble baths, love the nail polish idea for color, and some wash cloths! ahh so excited!! LOVED all the bathroom DIYS!!
I LOVE this DIY! It's probably my favorite from the bathroom makeover series. Very creative. I can't believe I wasn't home to see it sooner. Great job guys :)
love your channel I have recently moved and I had an out side "garage" and we painted it and completely transformed it and now that is my own little art room and I have had a go at a lot of your ideas keep going I love your channel (how to live your style)

Great solution for the hair products but the wood color trays look unfinished. Think it would have looked better with color.
I think one cabinet was enough not all tose extra ones for girly stuff just get a draw

I love that there are mirrors so you can see all side of your face, the back of your head. Love it
Right?! That's my favorite part!
There has been the odd time Iv had something caught in my hair and didn't know it and nobody told me. So those mirrors would definitely fix that problem lol. It hasn't happened often but its happened. That and for making sure you look good is helpful. I actually think it may make French braiding easier. My French braids often turn out crooked or I some how take more hair from one side of my head then the other. I bet with light bouncing off mirrors and onto your face it would be great for doing your makeup as well.

OOOhhhh idea.. on the inside of your mirrored cabinets you could use the chalk board paint and have a place to make notes to yourself (inspirational or lists) or you could use dry wipe board sheets (you can find them with the poster board area in the stores usually) Just an idea. What wonderful ideas and when I finally get to move into my own home again in November, I'm sooo using these! :D

I have been watching a couple of your videos this evening and I found the ideas really cool. I have to admit though this one seems more unpractical. Why use 7 wall drawers when you can just use one bathroom cabinet. My one has three shelves and it holds all my bathroom toiletries. I have a small ensuite bathroom so I wouldn't be able to use this idea as it would actually take more space.
I held off mentioning this at first because i thought it might be too busy but Karen Kavettt recently showed some "washe", i think tape that came in a color similar to the aqua you chose for the interiors. It also had a design I think might work well in this application. But these washe tapes seem to come in all sort of colors and designs.
Love the trays, and love the make your own medicine cabinets -- just hated the flashing, and light wood colour. White frames, and putting prints in would have looked nicer but using the for the back of your hair is pretty cool. Ultimately, the bathroom looks amazing compared to before you started.

You could put chalk board paint on the back and write inspirational quotes to make you happy in the morning when your getting ready

you can buy a strong drill with a concrete bit and anchors i had cinder block walls when I lived in Hawaii so thats how I hung things
