i know Im asking the wrong place but does someone know of a trick to get back into an instagram account..? I somehow forgot the password. I love any tips you can give me.
The third shot was good but one detail you missed was when the coffee pours, if too much water is added then it loses colour/flavour as you can see it’s just water in the video
I was glad I found your video because I honestly didn't know what to do with the pod!! I first tried launching it in the air with coffee grounds around it in 240fps but it just wasn't looking that cool, so thank you for the inspo!!
It always seems like you'd probably come up with some good ideas for shots on the spot, but do you actually storyboard each shot out for the client prior to shooting? Is there a certain way you balance pre-planning while still allowing for some creativity on the fly?
Cool to see how you're continuing to create on your own despite the added challenges involved with that, and also shooting BTS. Another great video Daniel!
okay i know NOTHING about this type of stuff but this made me so interested in these types of video editing! like seriously this seems like such a fun job omg
Subscribed already 👍🏼 good luck to everyone! Love this Dani. I'm also based in Toronto and been following you for a while now. Would love to meet someday 😃 hopefully after the lockdown
Thanks for all the INCREDIBLE content Daniel- I've managed to improve my videography and editing skills monumentally thanks to your tutorials. Keep up the great work!!!!
Subscribed to storyblocks! But Daniel, I love your work and did some videos inspired on your style, you’re a great filmmaker man! I’m also in Toronto so if you ever need any kind of help, it would be my absolute pleasure man!
Tossing my name in the hat for the Storyblocks entry. Such a good resource for videos like this and I’d love to do more along the lines of short form commercial content like this.
Thanks for your desire to push to innovate! Your approach has really helped me push the bounds of creativity in my work. RUclips needs more creatives like you man.
Hey daniel, you alwas say that gear is not that important and then with cheap gear you can also do a great video i would love to see a video where you do a commercial with like a 500$ camera vs a commercial with a 6- 10000$ cine camera.
So much work and vast majority of people don't even realize half of what goes into making such a thing. Not saying it's a bat thing but man...you have to appreciate the effort!
After seeing multiple of your videos I finally got off my ass and stopped blaming my equipment for my bad footage and worked with what I had. Luckily enough I got a soft box for christmas, but other than that I'm working with a small tripod and a Nikon D3300. I pretty much did a recreation of this with slight variations and honestly pretty proud of the way it turned out.
Ahh, I KNEW you made that promo the first second I saw them post it! I’ve been learning from you and Peter for awhiiiiile now and I’m hoping to work with Zane & Heath in the future. Great commercial!
This is going to get me back into editing. I never got deep into it because I didn’t want to spend hours watching videos on how to use my program. Small tips and tricks I have been learning hopefully will allow me to make some cool videos
i’m currently doing a creative commercial for school and i think i might just use this as inspiration for my opening scene! thank you so much ! i’ll be sure to give you credit :)
1 game changing tip, if you set your shutter 1/1000 you can then slow it down as if you were shooting at 480 fps, it works only with steady shots, the higher the shutter speed the better result you get
Always so satisfying to see the creativity behind these!
hey

He does not need to.....his content is enough for the clicks.
Daniel Schiffer: The absolute commercial making monster. Such an inspiration.

bout to comment the same! but awesome video nonetheless
I thought I recognized that shot on Instagram! I've borrowed so many shots and techniques for you, so hyped to return the favor 😃
I was glad I found your video because I honestly didn't know what to do with the pod!! I first tried launching it in the air with coffee grounds around it in 240fps but it just wasn't looking that cool, so thank you for the inspo!!

I’m almost tempted to switch to Final Cut from Premier.. so tempting
Don't....
@Thera-lee Rego PP is definitely a beast! I’ve been using it for over a year now and I’m still learning and forgetting lol
So what he is using is final cut Pro?
The pouring sound effect on the coffee grounds video sounds like a soft drink to me, i think the volume is a little too high in the mix.
Tossing my name in the hat for the Storyblocks entry. Such a good resource for videos like this and I’d love to do more along the lines of short form commercial content like this.
what filter you using on that lens!? 😍
obviously, moment cinebloom filter =)), love the red color of it
