This hit me hard, especially being a guy who just can't seem to make things right, and it's starting to effect me mentally and emotionally, I would even say physically, but I just can't seem to get out of this depression, and the one who I feel can fix it wants nothing to do with me, 7 years, and it hurts, cause I tried moving on, I really did, and it seems like it just gets worse, and I watch videos like this, which are amazing, but can hit the right in feels.
Saleh El-Farraj trust me, the person will not fix your depression, it’ll still be there... all someone can do is just be there, but you need to want to help yourself. you need to work on yourself. fix yourself on your own. you can’t really expect someone to fix you. :( i really hope things get better for you, it’s extremely hard. you deserve happiness and to be okay mentally and physically. sending positive vibes, just have a day.. take one step at a time.. things will someday get slightly better. if one thing doesn’t work out with one person, it only puts you closer to who you’re meant to be with. or if it’s meant to be with that person, she/he will come back to you.. they will always find their way back to you. months from now, years.. sometimes it’s not the right time. we learn our lesson by being with someone, they teach you things.. they’re part of our growth. some are meant to stay, some are only there for the time being as however long that is. don’t give up. you’re a precious human being.
