IRTOKARKKI TASTE TEST | Part 1

In the summer we picked up some 'Irtokarkki' (which is Finnish pick and mix!) I had never tasted it before and had no idea what was inside the bag so I was curious how different it would be!

I work in the factory where they make those liquorice sweets with colourful stuffing. :D The sweet that you liked is a salmiakki one, with sugar on top and rasperry filling inside. We actually pack all of these to a British company too, so you'll be able to get those from there also. :D

Hey dave, perhaps you'd be infringing on Cat's turf (and she's brilliant so I can understand that you'd think twice about it) but loads of people who might be following your Finnish quirks thread haven't got a clue about Finnish bread. In the UK we basically had white , brown, whole meal and a couple of others ... if you went to Waitrose. When in Finland you go to any supermarket and its like "how the hell do you choose?". They may even have a salmiakki bread if you're lucky.

i never buy any other candies than irtokarkki, love them!😛 and the best ones you can find from prisma and s-market (just those "irtonamuja"), the second best in my opinion is "candy king" that can not be found in so many stories anymore, and "karkkikatu" (in k-citymarket/k-supermarket/k-market) is something i dont like😀 you just have to pick the best ones, here you had many that are so weird or bad:'D finland really has the best of all candies, if you go just to sweden you can not find as good candies as here

Some of those candys lose theyr taste because they've been in the cold. It was so funny to watch because there was so many of my fav candys, but it made me sad because I'm in spain (exchange) so I have to wait untill to December before I can go and eat them 😭❤️
