The defense is concerned about it. If someone is blocking their path to covering you it's a pick.

So... Defensively you have to anticipate with out double teaming, setting up picks or being to close to the offense??? Do interceptions count as turnovers???

You can't double team the thrower, but you can be close to the person you are guarding. If you catch the disc your team will then be on offense.
