One thing that I felt needs yo be taken to notice is, you said there is no relevance or issue with Laavan being done at any point of the day.Well as far as I know and have read, the baani itself is written in Raag Soohi which is meant to be sung roughly between 9am to 12noon. I think thsi should be practiced devotedly andyhe raagis too should be encouraged to sing the baani as directed by the guru within that time frame. I agree baani can be read and sung at any point un the day, but if its with your wedding, I think every small detail counts.
I think an element is also having the ceremony from parental and societal pressure. In your previous video you mentioned only having the ceremony if you have belief and respect for the ceremony, otherwise a court house/civil wedding is more suited to you. But trying to do that comes with great judgement. Hopefully this mindset changes with generations to come.
