You're actually listening to the rereleased version of the album. The original had two other tracks "Pure Enough" and "Narcotics" which aren't on the one you're listening to.
The Story: No Title Star Wars reference is pretty dope for a couple reasons. He says "Who said Jesus can't be a black guy? Even Luke Skywalker's father was on the Dark Side", because A. Darth Vader (Luke's father) was pretty much the leader of the "Dark Side" of the Force, basically the evil power-hungry side, and B. Darth Vader was voiced by James Earl Jones who is a black actor. So it's one of those lines where either-way you look at it, his point is made. To me that's what keeps me interested in Curry's work. Dude constantly drops those bars that somehow can transition into multiple meanings once you look past them at face value, but still seem relevant to the message or statement he's trying to make.
denzel curry is so underrated and is one of the most special and unique artists out there. i wish more people knew about hm smh. love the vids you guys really do a great job of appreciating the work and decompposing the lyrics
I knew Denzel was special the first time I heard him. But "This Life" affected me like no other rap track has. Hearing the words made me tear up. I can't understand how this dude isn't a worldwide phenomenon. The music and beats are insanely dope and Zel is has A+ flow. I don't get it.
Can y’all plz do the 13 EP by Denzel Curry it’s very grunge and hardcore it bumps it the whip like a butch but it will not give your a break lmaoo its bout as hardcore as you get
if you guys like denzel you should check out IDK. Up and coming rapper who has done a few songs with him and is pretty lyrical like denzel. His mixtape SubTrap is really good or you could just check out his songs called "Trippie Redd Freestyle" or "No Wave" with Denzel.
y’all should for sure react to the mixtape “abstract art” by k.a.a.n. he’s an underground artist. if you want to know what he sounds like and stuff listen to kaancepts
"going down on the block, no anchor" is a double entendre. You can take the obvious meaning, anchors go down they hold things down. Shit is going down on the block with nothing or no one holding shit down for each other. But it also refers to news anchors, meaning there's a lot of shit that goes down that will never make it on the televised news, reported by a news anchor. By saying this, he's talking about how people don't know what goes on in the hood, which is why there seems to be a lack of sympathy from people who don't have live in those circumstances
Dope ass chanel, I love how fast you guys catch these bars. I hope you get around to JID's Never Story. Dude is insane with the flows and rhyme schemes.
Denzel toured with Joey bada$$ a while back so I wouldn't be surprised if he was influenced by the east coast in some way that's also would explain the colab
yall should do his other two big projects called Nostalgic 64 and 32 Zel Planet Shrooms. No one has done them on youtube yet, would love to see what your opinions on them.
Dakota Hall mostly cause there’s no significant reaction there. Sometimes we include it when there’s something we react to. Can’t include everything though. Copyright issues
so glad people are actually looking into him more since ta13oo. He really deserves to blow up.

You're actually listening to the rereleased version of the album. The original had two other tracks "Pure Enough" and "Narcotics" which aren't on the one you're listening to.
The Man With No Name Honestly the rereleased version is better. So they didn't miss out on anything really.
i prefer the other one honestly
K Müller pure enough is a good song tho
Me now is better than both of them
@@Ehgg- me now is dope af
The Han Solo line totally slipped my mind til I played that track couple days ago. After 3 years of listening to that album every now and again. Damn.

Might as well do nostalgic 64 now
I saw this dude a few days ago and it was crazy. Hope he keeps getting more recognition, was such a great show.
Yeah man that line about Darth Vader is crazy. In the story, he was immaculately conceived as well so the parallel with Jesus made sense.
Vince Staples, Earl Sweatshirt 👀
Great work from the two of you. I look forward to yalls reaction of YG new project.
if you guys like denzel you should check out IDK. Up and coming rapper who has done a few songs with him and is pretty lyrical like denzel. His mixtape SubTrap is really good or you could just check out his songs called "Trippie Redd Freestyle" or "No Wave" with Denzel.
He didn’t rap over the beat switch in vengeance because the beat switch was to cover up the gratuitous violence that insued.
Dope channel hope you guys blow up
If u want someone else with bars like this whose mad underrated, check out IDK. Maybe start with his "Trippie Redd Freestyle". Trust me.
+ he also has 2 songs with Denzel called "No Wave" and "Uh Huh"
xREDification No Wave is a great song. I also love Lil Arrogant with Joey Badass and Russ
in 10 years ppl will look at imperial as a classic. Its already a classic to me and much better than TA13OO imo
React to nostalgic 64?? His debut album is also amazing
How yall just listenin to this now????!!!
I love the way they broke down every lyric
y’all should for sure react to the mixtape “abstract art” by k.a.a.n. he’s an underground artist. if you want to know what he sounds like and stuff listen to kaancepts

Not hating, just curious, why do you guys cut out the part where the beat first comes in every song on all of your reactions?
Dakota Hall mostly cause there’s no significant reaction there. Sometimes we include it when there’s something we react to. Can’t include everything though. Copyright issues
VibeVilla Yeahhh, that's understandable
I get pissed off when people keep comparing him to J-cole Kendrick etc. Denzel is Denzel, he's in his own lane..
