Tips:
Take note of the technique used to pour over the Blue, and watch till the end for the dry results, This is after embellishing using the leftover Blue. I fill my brush and let it drip off and puddle rather than brush it on, only using the brush to push it into place, this ensures a thick coat. I did not record this, sorry.
