Sometimes I feel like I'm seeing a reflection of myself in watching Andrew's updates. Going through life, 30's, making life adjustments, having bouts with being introverted etc. it feels like a therapy session and then he hits me with an otayyyy otayyy at the end which just smacks me on the ass and gets me goin for the day. Thank you, we in this one together fellow millennials.
It's funny thinking how long I've been following this channel. Even ran into Andrew at a bar in Salt Lake and addressed him as "Brother Hales" it was hilarious
These videos might not get a lot of views, but they are so awesome. You relate to a lot of people battling through life. I can feel the honesty in my soul. I resonate with so many of your thoughts and feelings.Always loved the content and attitude, still watch every single video just to hear where you're at.

I will hit one year no alcohol mark in like 5 months from now, so I am chasing you! lol Good to know that we're on the same page as far as alcohol drinking goes. I truly believe that alcohol is a venom to the human body and brain, and abstaining from it is not cringe - we should be actually proud and give good example by not drinking. Keep it up!
For a cold plunge you can always freeze some water bottles to rotate with your ice blocks. For me i do 12 water bottles and some ice from the freezer.

It's great to see you Andrew. I've watched your videos since 2012 and I'm always happy to see new videos, and I'll more than likely still be watching in 2036.
Normal sized ice cubes should chill the water better/faster (more surface area than one big chunk, so more ice is touching more water). And also you should be able to freeze those every day, just get a bunch of those silicone ice cube trays and fill your freezer with them

I hope that you're able to keep going at your own pace, Andrew. FAQ videos and life update videos are great, but I did notice you seemed to miss a pretty common question that I've seen from a lot of people. What does your ceiling look like? 🤔
Also, since you mention the Sopranos, I should mention that I took a picture with James Gandolfini as a kid! But I had no idea who he was, and only did it because my dad ran into him with us and told me to take a picture with him. Also, my dad's friend took the picture on a digital camera, and then later lost the camera before ever retrieving the photo from it.
Anyway, remember to live, LAHWF, and love! And to show the ceiling from time to time!

Glad you’re doing well. Just a thought, if it would interest you, the cold plunges, and no drinking things are really great. If you wanted to make longer form videos about how they impacted you, kinda like a wheezy waiter type video, I’d watch the heck out of it. Looking forward to anything you end up doing, keep it up.
When I read books, I underline things that stand out to me in pencil, and then at any time I can just flip through my own Cliff Notes version.

The cold plunges are pretty brutal man. I'd sell that thing and just start incorporating cold showers into your routine. After I'm done washing my hair and all the necessities of things in the shower with hot water I'll put it on cold and vibe out for a few minutes. The coldest my shower goes is definitely not cold plunge cold but not luke warm. It is pretty cold but I think a lot of people go wrong with the cold plunge b/c it's literally freezing. I'd say try the cold shower method where you can control the intensity of it and I noticed I still have the same benefits of a cold plunge in the cold shower without having to wait for hours to get it ready or anything.
