I have the car now... "Customs" threatened to dispose of it. Refused to substantiate they were lawful Government. I paid their extortion fee and took their leverage. They even wrote to others stating they would not confirm they were lawful Government (took them 7 months to state that). I continue to help others ask questions of those claiming to be government. It's still being held as surety for the payment of unsubstantiated Acts, namely Luxury Car Tax and GST. I continue to invoice "Customs" with a waiver on each invoice should they be able to demonstrate they are a Department of the de jure Government of the Commonwealth of Australia and that their Acts are lawful... It's being escalated slowly to higher authorities... with the assistance of public awareness - thank you and all for your support.
In the US you might have a federal case for Color Of Law violation and interference with trade. It's clear that the courts are all corrupt so at this point it is just swatting at the hornet's nest with a broom but it sure is amusing.

I went through a similar thing a few years ago regarding council rates. I discovered that local councils are companies - they actually have an ABN!! - and that the Constitution allows no provision for a 3rd level of government below State and Federal, and that only State and Federal governments are constitutionally allowed to tax us. Several solicitors confirmed this but said that the only way we could win was to go to the High Court, which would cost more than the rates.
Class action required!
This knowledge is more important now in 2021 than its ever been. It must be shared far and wide...
That could be because we were not ready to hear it before; things have to get really bad before we take action (stand up) and many are still too afraid to do that. Perhaps it is now time ask for Help!?

A prime example here is the private business called the Federal Reserve. Many of us are now seeing them as a money laundering service, instead of a legitimate banking system. A system this government has been placing all over this world, through what they claim is a democracy, yet, is placed in those countries through wars. Again, thank you.

All laws are a business. Think about this. When you go to court and contest these people or anything else, they will keep the court case going with pretend laws that go in circles, thereby extracting money from the Australian tax fund. We have a natural birthright to defend against these corrupt laws but are enforced to pay to do so. All lawyers are their own business and extract money all the time and can manipulate a court case any way they like and they do. Child Support Agency is above the law an unto itself. If you personally pay or the tax payer pays, these laws are all corrupt. They are designed to extract money without ever asking the people whether we agree to any of these so called laws.

I found this video fascinating and true and after careful consideration I've realised that 'customs' has had a monopoly on the system of import and export to Australia just because it calls itself a government body. because it is 'government' no-one asks for competitive rates ... Scott, give us a call and we can start up our own customs business...and we will have competitive rates at the airports Australia wide, where our profits will go to the actual Australian people...the way they should!

I want to learn more about this strategy, to see if I can get my kids back after FACS stole them, with the aid of our corrupt defacto courts. Coincidently I lodged a couple of freedom of information applications a week ago, asking exactly the same here, proof of lawful standing, from facs and the police. I got one lined up for the children's court as well. I have an appointment with a human rights civil claims lawyer who has taken on my case, so I might be treading on toes if I continue. But it was purely for the exercise and to see what response I get, so let's wait and see how it pans out.

Surely I don't need a law degree to notice the names are different... try cashing a cheque with the wrong name on it... the bank teller (who doesn't have a law degree) will decline.

Fantastic doco, thank you very much. I'm a 12 year Navy Veteran and I went through a similar fight over my career when I was illegally discharged over an injury I received I received by them, I finally won and all I did was use their legislation against them, it was very disturbing to how much corruption I uncovered.
My PTSD is caused more by the corruption and witch hunt that was caused to me than my actual service, I was attacked on so many levels, the collective entity did anything to beat me down, even a lot of my so called friends turned their back on me, bar one, yes only one and he is still my best friend today.
I won the fight against the corruption, but sadly it cost me quite a lot emotionally and they know that, they use this to wear their opponents down. All I can say is, never ever back down, learn learn and learn everything you can and fight for your and our rights.

We have a similar problem with our federal tax in the states it was never ratified by the states so it was never approved, on our tax forms it states we are voluntarily entering into contract with our government to pay out taxes

we here in Germany have crooked "Government"-systems since centuries, never mind as a result of WW-1+2.
What always struck me was the TV-news term ´US-Administration´, referring to the ´US-Government´; which are apparently two (legally) separate entities.
Catch-word ´NESARA´ topic. Simillar to what Scott Bartle found out about ´AU-Commonwealth´ & ´AU-Government´. To me these schemes of ´Double Government Bodies´ seems obviously to be a global mechanism in order to hijack the material values of the people from all all over planet Earth.
Mark McMertrie (spelling) comes to mind. He had fought the government and won many times. It's now at a point where the police are instructed not to approach or speak to him. He lives under common law, and no one can overrule him.

Within people's judgements, at what point does someone “qualify” to be labeled Anti-Vaxx?
If I don’t feel confident having the whooping cough vaccine during pregnancy or giving my child combined vaccines when there have never been any sufficient safety studies done on these, does that make me anti-vax or pro- safety?
If I feel it’s important to question why it’s necessary to give a baby the Hepatitis B (an STD) injection within hours of its birth, does that make me anti-vax or pro-common-sense?
If I find it hard to trust the integrity of a multi billion dollar industry that has successfully bought legislation which makes them free of any liability when vaccines cause harm, does that make me anti-vax or pro-integrity?
If I wanted to delay vaccination for a couple of years until my baby fully develops the blood brain barrier, if I have concerns about injecting diseases with a long list of toxins including known neurotoxins and cancer causing ingredients into my child, does that make me anti-vax or pro-health?
If I feel it’s unfair that unvaccinated children are excluded from early education but a child with HIV or hepB can attend along with any recently vaccinated person (who can shed and spread the illness of a live virus vaccine). If I believe it’s wrong to use cohesion, discrimination, penalties and mandatory laws to pressure and force people into vaccinating, does that make me anti-vax or pro-human rights?
If I had witnessed life threatening side effects and debilitating adverse reactions to vaccines, seen a healthy child dramatically regress in behavioural and physical development, become permanently disabled, come close to death, or pass away after receiving a vaccine and I no longer wanted to vaccinate, would that make me anti-vax or pro-life?

The bastards in department of transport W.A. recently tried to swindle me out of my trailer refund. I wrote to them explaining that I had a '' lawful right '' to receive my '' legal refund ''. They sent my cheque with no apologies and very quickly.
