You would place a stitch marker on each side of the skirt when laying it flat (2 total) and place an increase on each stitch marker/ each side for as many rows as you need to fit over your bum :)

Yes, I chained my lower waist LOOSELY so it had stretch!

How is this gonna fit over my bum? I've chained my waist and done 4 rows and I'm already struggling to get it on!
