This is the assembly of the Trailmaster TM 38EX. It's a heavy bike. It does not come with a tool kit, so you will need your own to assemble it. However, if you have your own tools, it is not too bad to put it together.

No it didn’t say motorcycle as far as type. It didn’t say for off-road use only either it is blank on mine.

@ you should contact the company you bought it from and demand they send you a MCO that says motorcycle. That’s was I did for my Trailmaster TM35X and I was able to get it registered at the DMV

I wish I could post a picture. I don’t have that option . The battery is a Denel 6MF6.5. Is what it states on the battery
