So when they found these classifications in india they gave us the western concept & term name * CASTE SYSTEM * and forced the society into conflicts as dividing them infighting and division followed. Look back in india’s history before invaders and British there were no discrimination and distress in the society. Ok so a lot of people got the right points in this video however, honestly believe it or not, the overall condition of women in India as compared to Japan is comparatively better. Yeah the women in India r a little backdated & yes the male dominant society gives them very less chances to move forward unlike Japan where there's quite the number of educated, working & independent women. However we all know the kind of discrimination acts that r done against in Japan even in broad daylight which actually fall under the dark characteristics of this almost perfect nation.
These guys have some serious Superstitions , We have these problems but women discrimination is almost extinct and corruption is almost in human nature we have one serious problem that is cleanness. We are not that shy like Japanese to apologise at every sentence, that doesn't make us less friendly. Country relations? Are you serious about that ? We already are exploiting our own people. We took advantage of Sri Lankan civil war for our own gain until Rajiv got assinated. Our politicians use religion to get advantage in election without caring about innocents who get hurt in the way. After all this, for you to assume that our nation is or will stay morally right is childish.
Both countries can certainly have a much closer relationship. India has a young and dynamic workforce while Japan is ageing, India needs technical expertise and investment for infrastructure development where Japan can certainly offer invaluable help. Not to mention the QUAD and China equations. If India brings some strong labour reforms so factories aren't restrained by maximum size, brings better laws to protect rights of foreign investors, enacts land reforms, we can surely bring in a lot of Japanese investment.
We're natural partners right now especially with China being in both of our bad books and USA being USA(untrustworthy). Also, we can see some cultural similarities and alignment. India and Japan should sign a treaty of friendship just like India and Russia or China and Iran have signed.

Yes brain drain is very common in India First of all only 0.1 percent of Indian students gets selected for IIT and due to unavailability of opportunities many brilliant student go abroad to complete their education because competition is really really intense but that competition makes them really strong bcoz on my first sat test without preparation I got nearly full in maths and total score of 1380.
Yes but even a full score in SAT doesn't mean a guaranteed admission as unlike IIT, US colleges check other details about students. Also, saying 0.1% get selected in IIT is misleading as IIT are top rated institutions whereas most Indians go to NIT ot private colleges. Your statement is equivalent to saying only few get admission in Cambridge so UK has brian drain.
Corruption is India's worst problem. India is corrupt to the core. You know, India still has a lot of wealth. If it weren't for rampant corruption, India would be an affluent country now. According to European and Australian journalists, corrupt Indian politicians have 12 trillion dollars stashed away in foreign bank accounts. If you see poor people in India, corruption and incompetence are the reason for that.

India has less human trafficking than many other countries in the world. India has less pollution rate when compared to per person emissions rate comparing to other countries
It is just that japanese people are more punctual than necessary like in India it is common for us to be late because of traffic due to overpopulation and everyone uses private transport rather than metro and public transport so you can say we dont care that much about being late its normal for us but thats not the case in Japan.
