Hey yall I thought I’d tell a little bit about myself based on this topic. I’m 20 and recently I graduated high school and now I’m doing trade school so I’d say I’m advancing in my life but in high school middle school I used to be always so talkative, partying, basically just a jock and then the corona virus hit and we all went to school at our houses and stuff like that and slowly I started to see everyone who I thought were my friends stop talking to me unless I texted first. I stopped getting invites to parties so eventually when the next year came I had the option to go back to school or stay home and do online school. I chose online school because to be honest I became anti social. I realized that people aren’t who you think they are and at the end of the day you gotta take care of yourself and invest in yourself. Seeing this short vid of goggins saying this really made me think about that and I thought I’d say this in this comment section for all you young guys out there in this world today where we have social media and being popular is a contest. It’s okay to be lonely. It’s okay to not have friends. Just focus on yourself guys and invest in your body and your future👍🏻
People high school aged are dicks most of the time. I was too in a way. No one is mature enough yet. You might be too young to make big, broad claims. Don't give up on people man. People change and mature, including you

When I look at my now self i fell weird im not me anymore my dopamine system is fucked I had a very hard routine but went through it every single day but now i made new freind i knew they are no the greatest to be around but i said to my self than i could back up anytime but before i knew it i changed I will from now on shut off everything and found my self again thanks david
this is good temporarily, for example, like a day or two to relax from society: we are natural social animals that require communication with other humans from time to time to stay mentally sane.

Being alone is okay and needed sometimes. But living a lifetime isolated from people is a slow unnecessary, unfortunate death. Don't normalize constantly being alone,that can lead to isolation. If you don't lead yourself in your own shoes, better yet no shoes.
