That's so cool how the stage gets wheeled out into the dining room letting the audience know the show is about to start. It's like at the Metropolitan Opera here in New York with the chandeliers rising that let's everyone know the opera is about to begin.

And do not forget the girls who expose their breasts on the public stage,i was told by one insider that the girls bring glamour to the stage displays,if that is the case what the Moulin Rogue do is just 18+ adult sex stage performances, thus making the Moulin Rougue a part of the vast adult sex industry,

It's uncomfortable and inappropriate that only female dancers have to wear costum like lingerie and show their body. Even if this is a trandition of Moulin Rouge, It should be changed. It' 2018.

That's right. The audience at Moulin Rouge is no longer only men who want prostitution.

Their costumes fits perfectly with the mouline rouge style. If you are a professional dancer your body is your work so you don't have shame or fears showing it. The spectators sees your body as a beautyful piece of art. Our bodies are beutiful and this is an artistic way to show them without the intention of sexualizing it. People goes to the mouline rouge or a burlesque to see an artistic show (beutiful bodies are a great part of it), not partially naked body.
If you can't see boobs or genitals without sexualizing them or have dirty minds you probably have a problem.

Marie Jeong get over it , I suppose you would like the dancers to wear torn jeans ,this is show business and if you don't like it don't go to the show .i suppose you are offended by the girls showing their knickers while dancing the can can .Oh and by the way male dancers appear semi naked too ,you didn't complain about their attire .

All this just to watch a 18+ adult stage show that would be banned here in the UK,Crazy Horse tried it here in the UK in 2012 and was told that 18+ stage displays of topless dancers mixing with male dancers for a public paying audience is not accepted, the dancing girls had to be covered up,places like the Moulin Rouge is mainly for tourists who make up about 95% of the audience, maybe this is French culture which is called art and beauty is just a money making exhibition with more than half the topless girls are recruited from foreign countries, and why any decent young girl would want to expose herself in this way in front of male dancers and an audience of strangers mystifies me.
