Peugeot 307 2.0 HDI clutch replacement

Here you can see what parts were used, serial numbers, what was found when the clutch was disassembled. This vehicle is factory installed with a dual mass flywheel clutch. In this case, that kit was replaced with a single mass flywheel adapter kit. This is a special kit, which takes into account all factory parameters and is designed specifically for the transition from dual mass flywheel to single mass flywheel.
This vehicle has been previously fitted with such a transition kit by LUK.
Now installed a VALEO kit.

Salut am și eu un 307 de 2.0 hdi 66kw 90 de cai ce crezi că ar fii masa dublă sau simplă?

Hello. As far as I know, the dual mass ones are installed on cars with 100 horsepower and more. It should be single-mass, but it is still better to look at the vin code in the program which one you had from the assembly line.

My car is originally equipped with a dual mass clutch according to the vin code. I installed a Valeo adapter kit from dual mass to single mass. When I disassembled the clutch, it turned out that before me there was already installed the same adapter kit, only a different brand. Everything works perfectly after the replacement. The difference in price is noticeable.
