      Thank you!
After my first video with the startup I thought it interesting to make a second concentrating more on the systems. It's a fantastic simulation.

Well done Gunther; you're flying in my neck of the woods too. lol. It's a small world after all.

Thank you! That’s funny indeed. KSFF is an airport I use a lot in the simulator. There is something that I like about the surroundings and the airport. Thanks for the comment.

Could I make a request you fly into KLWS sometime? (My home airport) I think you'll like that view too. It's right on the confluence of the Clearwater, Snake, and Columbia Rivers.

Is there another way to contact yoiDear Gunther. I also followed this video. In MSFS 2020 the PC 21 by Iris doesn't have the same displays. On the left display is ILS not shown. I can also not activate the mod button on the Upper board. Am I doing something wrong? Or is it a Sim issue?

Then the new IRIS PC-21 will be another generation or has other instruments. Best to check the documentation or a forum if it exists.

Nice video well done, I would like to purchase this from IRIS, however I cannot find where it states that the PC-21 is P3D compatible? It only says it is for FSX. Did I miss something or have you tweaked it to work with P3D?

      Alex T
      Thank you!
This is the official explanation from IRIS:
"Whilst this product is not licenced for use within Prepar3D V2, we wish to continue our support of Lockheed Martin and their Simulation Software, and we understand that many users will choose to install this product into their Prepar3D installation, as such we have tested and developed this product in both Prepar3D V2 and Microsoft Flight Simulator X and will support any questions on this product via our support system."
      The complete text: www.irissimulations.com.au/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=153
It works correctly in P3D as you can see in my videos. You have to buy the FSX version.

Cockpit looks similar to the fa18 front seat.

You are right, it's a bit similar. These training airplanes are used as a transition for pilots to modern jets like the F/A-18 and others.

@@GuntherWillems that’s actually incorrect the PC21s are used for basic and advanced flying training, from here pilots selected for the “fast jet” stream will move onto the Hawk 127 (updated to 128s) for the transition training into the fighters

    Is it on Mac

P3D and FSX are Windows programs. If your Mac is powerful enough, it could run in Bootcamp with Windows. But a notebook normally isn't as powerful as a desktop computer with a fast processor and graphics card.
