Hey Terry, it looks like from the video that the dealer repaired your propane leak? My friend Robert may be interested in getting a van, and wanted to know if the issue was handled well. Thanks! - duane
Well it took 40 days to have the propane leak repaired. It was repaired under warranty. Pleasure-Way shipped their hose to the dealer which added extra days to the repair. If I had not been on the phone with the dealer asking for updates, it probably would have been much longer. This is very typical of most dealers. My rating for this dealer would be C+. However, the repair it self I would give them an A!
@@TMVanTravels Please see the post I put up today (Pleasure-Way Ontour Owners Group) on propane hoses. My guess when I saw you post was that the problem was the propane hose. I would guess your hose was less than a year old? Stay safe
Since my Pleasure-Way Ontour 2.2 is a 2025 model. I would suggest anyone purchasing new should have the propane lines inspected. Especially older models. This happen soon after we bought it. Here is what the dealer service department discovered. " Propane leak the tech had found that that the line coming from tank going into regulator was faulty and burst at the crimp point at the regulator inlet. "
Let me know your favorite thing to do in Morro Bay
