🥺 so much care and money goes into small businesses to package their goods. Seeing all the labour you put into wrapping each one and signing them off makes you realize that 'free shipping' isn't really free, and shouldn't be. Also hearing your dog's paws pit pat against the hardwood is so cute.

I was wondering the same! My guess is she knows which pets are which even when they are all bubble wrapped maybe based on the shapes, colour, weight, etc.
Usually we have a list of order on hand. As we pack we either write order number onto the box or paste the shipping label into it. Shipping label has user name and address so due to privacy it is never shown on video

Wow very brave sending ceramics in an envelopes - even though it is padded! I do hope that they arrive safely to the owners. I am just turning over to environmentally friendly packaging but something are hard to find as a subsitute like bubble wrap. Do you have the same issues?
You are so right some items are really hard to go environmental friendly. What we can do is ask customer to re-use the bubble wrap. Or return it to recycle bin.
I love how the package is stamped with cute icons of yours. I mean i'd never throw the box away because of the icons on the package, its cruel to let those in the trash bin tho

I hope this isn't a dumb question: How do you keep track of which item goes to which person after you've done all the wrapping, especially in batches?
Shops have a mail history so she either have it printed or open in a tab on the computer and checks it when packing

Plastic is recycled everywhere, bubble wrap is mostly recycled plastic.
