You didn't speak about how the clay items being finished or hardened. You went from painting to voila' finished shining product. Is there a firing/heating process somewhere?
It looks like your clay is white earthenware. That type of clay is low fire...like cone 04 for the glaze firing. Your pieces are lovely. I hope you take a real shine to pottery. Your decorating is very nice.
Your Butterfly and Floral painter's palettes are divine! Wow, I enjoyed that so thoroughly. Did you dip everything into a clear glaze before the final firing then? Lovely work. Thanks for sharing. (Two of my loves -- clay and paint).
