- I love upcycling and re-purposing things. I just did the neatest DIY conversion- I took a computer desk that we bought at the thrift shop and turned it into a loom stand, complete with lamms and treadles. This has turned a Leclerc table loom that I bought on Kijiji and absolutely love, into a floor loom. Now that it has treadles, my arm doesn't hurt from using the side levers, and my back is much happier, too. Plus, weaving is faster and smoother now, as well. The desk conversion happened in three stages. I explained each stage on my blog: www.tottietalkscrafts.com This is a wonderfully eco friendly, green project and I am tickled pink with it. And, yup, I did all the work myself.

How interesting! I went to their website (which I find VERY hard to navigate) and couldn't find it on there.
