I’ll never forget the first time I heard this song. At the MMC concert in Cleveland and the build up to that moment of “Who’s got the flava?” and being scared by hearing Ricky say it. Lasted a second because that was incredible to see them perform this album twice!

Probably only to fans. Since it came out during the height of the anti-pop period of the 90's, it never stood a chance selling to the mainstream. If this all happened in the 2000's then things would have turned out differently. I mean if Miley Cyrus can have a show and then sell a lot of albums based off that, I don't see how these guys couldn't have done the same.
Music like this isn't the same as it is now so I don't think it'd be popular with anyone unless you grew up in the 90s. Child stars right now like Miley Cyrus are popular only because of things they did that are controversial and make the news such as twerking. This kind of thing reached social media like crazy and it was only in the 2000s that social media like instagram, facebook and twitter got very popular and used easily to promote everything. Social media is the reason why controversial people are so popular. People are hooked with social media, just like they are with texting and now no one talks to each other unless it's on social media or texting except for older people. Talent no longer matters in show business. Just whoever it is and however many people they reach on social media and the internet.
