Genuine and serious reply: Andy, I've been watching the content you and the boys make since summer of 2022 and since then I've changed a lot and honestly I can relate to how you feel. I felt that way once, scared of how others see me, paranoid of people seeing me differently because I have autism (barely noticeable, but still clinically diagnosed). I learned a lesson when I was 15 in high school that those who didn't benefit me in my life didn't really matter, and to come to peace with that I reminded myself that I won't even remember them in a few years time. I knew that they'd rather change for the better or that they'd live a life of misery trying to annoy other people to satiate their own inner turmoil. Basically, these people online have probably had some form of trauma or bad upbringing, or just are plain bad people. But the thing is that we always have a choice, a choice on whether we choose to let people's words affect us, and the way to change if they affect us or not is simple: you will feel the emotions and thoughts, and that's okay, but what you have to do is let the emotions and thoughts pass and continue doing what you do, regardless of how people see you, because at the end of the day, they are not the people you want in your life if they continue to do it, so don't let them control your mental state. Some useful tools that helped me through those kind of situations were talking honestly with family or close friends to ask for their advice (if you can), downloading and using a meditation and breathwork app called Medito (it's completely free and has a lot of resources, I'd highly recommend it), and researching on stoicism (it's not what people think it is, it's not about ignoring your emotions, but not letting them control you, for you are the one in control of your emotions, body, etc, for that is you). I'd recommend Meditations by Marcus Aurelias, or if you'd rather something that you can just read 1 page a day for, then I'd recommend The Daily Stoic by Ryan Holiday and Stephen Hanselman. I'd also recommend some RUclipsrs for practical advice such as HealthyGamerGG, Hamza Ahmed, Cole Hastings and Ali Abdaal for example. I really hope this advice helps you as much as it has me in my hard times Andy. But so you know, this will not be easy to accomplish, but the end results will be so worth it, so just visualise that, total confidence in yourself, taking full control of your life. Alright guys. It's me Andy and I wanted to make this video 'cause I'm- I got something to say on my mind. I got a lot of things to say and I will be not editing this video. As you see of the title of the video guys: I am not fat. I just wanted to make this video because I feel like people don't understand that I'm just not fat. You know? And I feel like somehow this narrative and agenda got pushed and it's getting a little too far out of hand. You know? So it's just like... What's going on here guys? You know? I'll probably just talk about how I'm not fat for about eight minutes. I hope you guys enjoy the video. Uhhhh... I dunno who- A lot of people started it if I'm gonna be honest. I'm not fat though. I think... I think you guys got the wrong idea, I think you'd find that if you saw me in real life you probably wouldn't even call me fat to be honest. And uhhh... I guess I'm just hoping this video will correct that and I won't be called fat or "caseoh" randomly for no reason at all. And to be honest, it's just kind of affecting my life because like, I can't even get chicken or like any food and everyone's saying typical. You know? And it's like, that's just regular food. That's not even fat person food. But... I will admit I've been... I've been trying to not eat as much fat food because I've been like chat's going to look at this and they're going to say "yeah I bet you would like that." Hell, to be honest I've been making fat jokes in my own head to myself. It's getting kinda difficult guys, I'm not gonna lie. I just wish more people knew that I wasn't fat or at least, at the very least like... oh.
I'm not gonna edit this video so you'll be seeing this a couple times, fellas, sorry. I'm not really fat guys. I feel like someone said it as a joke and it got out of hand and then people just kind of ran with it because you know I'm not really fat at all actually. Like I said with the "caseoh" thing, I didn't even know the guy until the- my chat started him that name... Oh, that sucks.
So, I guess I'm just trying to second record straight, you know? I'm not doing a face reveal either, I saw that shit happen to Dream, I'm not- I don't got that much confidence fellas. But... Just take my word for it. I just- I just be eating chicken and stuff, you know? It's not even... oh this is ugly. Honestly, I'm starting to feel like half the people in my chat calling me fat are fat too, to be honest. I feel like I see these guys in my chatroom all the day, they never leave the chat, they always typing and I'm just like "hey you fat bastard, you gonna go outside either." And I know they don't. So it's like, it's the pot calling the kettle black. It's just like come on man, fat on fat violence is kinda just, it's not really fair man, you just, you just dire- you just misdirecting the blame you know, it's not really fair. I don't think that's cool. And it's just like, you know? Or something like that, I don't know man. And I'll, I'll be honest guys, here's the issue: I used to be called fat as a child and I wasn't fat, I don't think. And my brother started this and I was just like, I hate this guy so much. And somehow I'm a, I'm a goddamn adult, I'm a man and this is, this is still happening you know? So it's just like what's, what's going on here, you know? How'd this shit happen again. I mean, these guys don't even know I'm fat, they can't even see me and somehow it started again, are you kidding me, I thought I escaped that. But no, it's like back to when I was a child again, I'm getting called fat again. Except this time I'm being called "caseoh" and I'm like, I don't even know who "caseoh" really is, I watched like one video of his, it's pretty funny, I'm not gonna lie but like, I'm not "caseoh", 'kay? I'm not even that big. And I'll be honest dude, "caseoh" is not even that big, he's kind of strong when you think about it, so I feel like it's a bit unfair to call him big. But, I don't know man, it hits differently when you're an adult and you get called fat like that. It's like everything single thing is coming at you and it's just about food and it's like you gotta be on guard all the time and it's just a paranoid lifestyle I gotta live, you know? It's just too much for me. And I, I did this already as a child, you know? Am I really going to have to do this again? I'm just a- I'm just a young man, you know? I got like- I feel like too it's just, it's just goddamn teenagers talking shit to me in chat. You know what am I supposed to do about that? And it's just like it's too much man. It's too much. Truly. And even if I lose weight, what do you think- they're, they're not gonna- they're gonna- I, I'll, I lost a lot of weight when I was a kid... Not really but you know I still got called when by my brother 'cause he was skinnier, you know? It's like, that's just too hard to be what am I supposed to do about that? Sorry guys I have to keep yapping for a while until this video reaches eight minutes.
To be honest too, it's just like too- most- mal- malnourished people know nothing about nutrition keep coming at me, you know? I'm like eating chicken and beef jerky and I'm just getting called fat and it's like, that's not even a fat person's food man. You see the nutrition on that, you see how low that is on calories, you're dumb, you know? And I'll hear them talking about eating pizza every week, eating goddamn Dominos and Icees and I'm not doing that man. How am I, how am I fighting for the fat allegations when this guy's ordering pizza in my goddamn stream, you know? How am I still getting, how am I still getting it, you know? It's just not fair guys, you know? I think if we just maybe stopped it, or maybe called someone else fat, you know that might be better, that might be a good thing we could start pushing instead of me, you know? Because honestly too, you- you might even say maybe I'm a bit buff to be honest, I'm not really fat.
And to be honest guys, I'm not gonna lie, this is- it's my friends pushing this narrative, I think so at least. 'Cause I feel like, how would chat know I was fat. They- I feel like I don't even sound fat, I don't think. I feel like maybe my friends they wanted to push that agenda and narrative so it's easy to make fun of me 'cause I'm so cool and goated. And then know that I think about it, it's probably true. That's- that's- that's what my brother did too. I was too goated and he just wanted to humble me. And it's like, I wouldn't- I don't even mind half the other stuff you guys say to be honest. But this fat thing man. I've escaped these allegations once before and now I feel like we're back, we're back to the main thing and it's like... It's too much man. No it's like, I get paranoid every time I say I'm hungry and I need to go get food, someone's always got a one-liner joke, you know? And it's just like, damn, you know, how do you, how do you live like this, how- how do you wake up every day and just think, I'm going to eat today, you know? It's just, it's just impossible to live like this, and I feel like maybe if you guys stopped typing "caseoh" in the comments, and like stop typing so much fat jokes, you know, or maybe at least if they were funny, it wouldn't be that bad, you know? And I'll be honest, I know- I see your guys' name, I know who it is man, but I can't ban you guys, because I don't got that much views as it is. But it's just like, at one point, you know, it's just too much. It's just too much guys. I can't even eat ice cream anymore without feeling guilty. I went to, I went to a buffet, you know, and I'm just thinking, oh yeah, there's some jokes in here about this one. And I'm just like come on man, it's a buffet man, enjoy yourself and it's just like I have goddamn chat scrolling through my eyes scrolling through my eyes right now, just making jokes constantly, over and over and it's just like, how am I supposed to do this man, it's just crazy, you know? I'm just over here thinking about like what chat's going to say depending on the food and it's just like, I'm hungry man. Where's the food at? I'm hungry, let me more. What is this small serving of ice cream? And even that itself, I'm just thinking, wow I just thought this serving of ice cream was small man, that's, that's really something. But at the same time man, it was small man. And it's just like, what am I supposed to trust anymore, am I just that fat? Can I not really say this serving of ice cream was small? You know? It just- It gets in my head, I can't live like this anymore man, I'm begging you guys, stop- stop calling me fat guys, seriously. You know? What am- What I gonna do, you know? I might- You guys expect me to lose weight or something, would that- would that satisfy you guys? No, I don't think it would. And I'm not fat either, so that wouldn't even matter.
