I have watched this video so many times. I love massive engineering feats. Well done and amazing work of art! Does anyone know the artist behind that awesome tune?
WOW I really like the crazy hyd lifts you use for lifting the heavy sections. Very innovative and stable, allowing multiple pick points on the same lifting plane gives huge advantages ! What country is this ?
When RUclips was invented, it was with this channel in mind! I would suggest putting a Twinkie in that press, but we all know Twinkies are indestructible!
Had a 150 ton at TCM in Elaville , would brake 1/2 inch mild steel 12 foot width. turns an oily glove into pudding when set for sheet metal. Ran off of flywheel. no hydraulics.
I would be very surprised if Erzhong in Deyang, Sichuan Province, China didn't have a bigger one, they have all the other World's biggest types of hydraulic presses.
6000 tons, wow, very impressive until you see the next video is for a 13000 ton press!, some days ,in the pissing contest of life,a 6000 ton capacity gets smacked like a bitch!
Alllllllllllllll that, just to watch it bend that little, maybe 2" thick, piece of steel🤔??? I was anticipating maybe a 60" round, or square, piece of something getting beat to death by this big bad ass press but,.....guess not tho😕. Nice job on the build of that big ass thing from start to finish!👍👍
They are using the hydraulic cylinders as structural parts even though they have very little resistance against lateral movement. You can actually see the top of the crane sway from one side to the other, because the cylinders cannot withstand the forces. This in turn causes uninvited wear in the cylinders and benefits a mechanical failure. That is something you really don't want to happen with hydraulics and loads of that size.
thanks. dear sir we got enquiry for 200 mm rod bar cutting searing machine send image what is cost indain prices what is terms and conditions it's urgent

First and foremost: thick steel plate should never be bent cold (cold worked) it should be glowing red hot first. cold working causes cracking -and second: that lifting gantry with filly extended hydraulic cylinders was dangerous as F
A: why is cold rolling the strongest form of threads then if it causes cracks B: why would the machine be designed that way then, there was no horizontal deflection as it moved, that hoist is extremely well built
the horizontal deflection at full extension can be seen at 0:26 - 0:30 as the heavy load is lowered and tipped on its side. i would not stand close to that train wreck waiting to happen.
+Captain Learjet Bends or shears iron/stainless/aluminum depending on the dye you have installed. I ran one to bend radiuses on iron plate and crimping bulkheads for gas busters. its awesome for about a day then it becomes the most boring job ever
+Captain Learjet A "press brake" is more just like good advice really. For example: When you're driving your car and approaching a red light and therefore need to stop - 'press brake'. :oP
How the hell does that hydraulic lift stay up? When extended, The center of gravity is so ridiculously high and it's so unstable that it looks like only a prayer keeps it up.

Holy crap,thats a big bender.
Those must be some seriously tough hydraulic cylinders to withstand the side-forces that would be placed on the crane.
hidrolik vinçlerle o ağırlığı, o yükseklikte taşımak süper zeka gerekiyor. sorsan hepsi mühendis.
Benders great great grandpappy.
dam and here's me thinking the Scalen brake press I worked on was big 😂😂😂 this is another level lol

I'd rather hear the sound of the machine not some freaky ass music drama music I guess you could call it
Mike: "freaky ass music drama music I guess you could call it"... no, we call it GAY.

good Job baykal!
badass. i thought the 750 ton press I used to run was big lol
what do u use a press for? or other presses in general.
Had a 150 ton at TCM in Elaville , would brake 1/2 inch mild steel 12 foot width. turns an oily glove into pudding when set for sheet metal. Ran off of flywheel. no hydraulics.
Very impressive

It would all end with a supermassive black hole.
lol I just looked over to the right- and there it is...
And here's me having a hard time finding a press to bed 3/16 in my price range

Nice...i work before white press machine in factory.., 250 ton till 3000 ton....nice job,

Check towards the end where the man is next to it while bending, thats 200mm plate
1-1/2" thick, maybe 2" sure, and 2-3 meters wide.
Do some simple tonnage math required to bend that, you need a 6000 ton press!
"Lets bend some tin!"
*its .25m plate..."
That hydraulic lift is an accident waiting to happen.
Jaakko Fagerlund
wasent even thinking that till i saw the telescoping shafts swaying back and fourth
indeed
could you please specify why? and at when in the video?

Patryk Mazurkiewicz on top of the crane not being structurally sound if a hydraulic line broke all of it would come crashing down in a hurry
3:00 Outokumpu -> TORILLE!
Nice machine
I am sure we will see this press on RUclips again it blowing a HD line and killing anyone in a. 1000 ft. Radius
break. that is the proper term form bending metal.
yes but will it crack a walnut ?
I do this for a living, machinery movers, we have the same gentry's and bigger
All that heavy structure for only one moving part making all the job? :/

Omg. These people need stop moving around.
What is it and what's it for?
how thick is the bended material??
Pretty thick.
cool machine.
